I suggest making pizza in a frying pan from dough with sour cream, which cooks very quickly and turns out tasty and satisfying. The dough is kneaded with rye flour, although if you are not afraid extra calories, you can take wheat. You can experiment with the filling. Perhaps you have your own options for fillings. So let's get straight to the point.

Dough:

  • Sour cream 8 tbsp.
  • Salt 0.5 tsp.
  • Sugar 0.5 tsp.
  • Chicken egg 2 pcs.
  • Neopolitan herbs 1 tsp.
  • Rye flour 9 tbsp.

Filling:

  • Olives 150 g
  • Tomatoes 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese 150 g
  • Vegetable oil for lubrication

Preparation

Let's start by preparing the pizza dough. Break into a bowl chicken eggs. Add salt, sugar, Neopolitan herbs. Mix with a whisk until smooth.

Add sour cream of any fat content to the egg mixture. Continue whisking until evenly distributed.

Add rye flour. Mix until a homogeneous dough forms without lumps.

The dough for pizza is thicker than for pancakes and more liquid than for pancakes.

Now prepare the filling. In my case, these are pitted green olives. You can also use black ones. Cut them into rings. Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly and dry with a towel, cut into thin slices.

Sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Place the frying pan on low heat. Cover it with a lid of the required diameter. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is spread and the bottom layer is browned. After 10-15 minutes you can remove the cover and look.

Pizza in a frying pan with sour cream without mayonnaise is ready. Serve immediately, before it cools, cut into portions. If desired, garnish with chopped herbs. Enjoy your meal!
