And at this time you can start preparing the salad. Take some oil and fry mushrooms and onions in it. After they have cooled, add lemon juice and the rest of the vegetable oil.

Sprinkle garlic, herbs, pepper on top, stir and let sit for 30 minutes. For dressing, use sour cream and mayonnaise in equal parts or leave it alone.

To prepare this salad we will need:

  • smoked fish such as salmon or mackerel
  • boiled potatoes in their jackets - 2 pieces
  • one medium beet, which should be boiled
  • two boiled chicken eggs
  • one fresh cucumber
  • one onion

Pancake mix: you will need 3 eggs, 4-5 tbsp. l. sugar, a little salt, 1/2 tbsp. milk, beat this whole mass and add 1 tbsp. flour, mix well so that there are no lumps and at the end add 5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, the mixture should turn out like pancakes and maybe even slightly thicker. Bake 5 pancakes, thicker than usual, in a hot frying pan on both sides and a little vegetable oil at the beginning (I baked in a non-stick frying pan with a diameter of 29 cm, poured the mixture a little more than a pan).
Filling: Filling: 200-250 gr. processed cheese with salmon flavor or with herbs (which spreads well) and 150 gr. mayonnaise, mix everything well, grease all the pancakes with this mixture, and now the layers:

1) squid in its own juice or boiled (finely chopped) sprinkle a little green onion on top

2) boiled and chopped shrimp and top with parsley and dill

3) crab sticks cut into slices and a little green onion on top

4) thinly sliced ​​salmon or trout and top with parsley and dill

5) when all the layers are ready, lay the last layer and grease it with the prepared mixture of processed cheese and mayonnaise, then cut it into portions like a cake and only then lay out the red caviar (so that it does not lose its appearance and does not spread when cutting the cake).

Honestly, I’ll tell you, the cake is simply lickable!!! You won’t be able to keep your guests away from this anti-crisis cake!
