1. General Provisions
1.1. This job description defines and regulates the powers, functional and job responsibilities, rights and responsibilities of an emergency repair mechanic in the gas industry of the 5th category [Name of the organization in the genitive case] (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

3. Rights
