The famous entrepreneur is on the list of the richest people in Russia. As of 2017, experts estimate his fortune at approximately $900 million. The businessman gained fame in the press after his marriage to Russian singer Kristina Orbakaite.

Biography of Ruslan Baysarov

The future millionaire Ruslan Sulimovich Baysarov was born on August 9, 1968 in the village of Prigorodnoye. Its roots originate from a noble Chechen family. The father's name was Sulim Baysarovich, and the mother's name was Kasirat.

Since childhood, Ruslan acquired strong-willed qualities and the ability to work in a team. In a large family, it was not customary to shirk any work and contradict Baysarov Sr.

In 1986, the young man was drafted into the Soviet troops. Two years later he was demobilized and went into business. The Infant concern, under the leadership of Ruslan, represented the entertainment sector. It included a sports complex, a casino, a pub, a nightclub and several restaurants. Baysarov leased all the establishments, investing over $5 million in repairs and reconstruction.

Personal life of Ruslan Baysarov

Ruslan's first wife is model Tatyana Kovtunova. She gave the businessman his first child in 1993. The entrepreneur left his wife for singer Kristina Orbakaite. In 1998 they had a son, Dani. In 2003, the star couple officially broke up. The reason for this was Baysarov’s betrayal and the birth of a child on the side. In 2005, Ruslan officially adopted Dani.

Now the oil tycoon lives in the Moscow region. Five children from different women bear his surname. Since 2008, Ruslan has been married to his fellow countrywoman Ilona.

As a very little girl, Kristina Orbakaite became famous. Still would. Christina was the daughter of Alla Pugacheva herself. Many believed that she achieved everything only thanks to her mother. But few people know that behind her fame and success lies her own titanic work.

Since childhood, Christina developed her abilities to become a successful actress and singer. With the same tenacity, the girl fought for happiness in her personal life.

She speaks of each of her husbands with warmth and respect, despite the fact that their family life was not always smooth. Living with each of them was an experience of sorts. And now, being married for the third time, Christina is trying not to repeat the mistakes of past marriages and maintain good relationships.

First love

As a sixteen-year-old girl, Christina fell in love for the first time. Her chosen one was the son of famous artists, Jr. The young people met at a concert. Then their relationship began to develop and after some time Christina told her mother that she was leaving to live with a young man.

Vladimir Presnyakov was three years older than the girl. She saw in him not only a loved one, but also a mentor. Christina was still too young, and the guy helped her get used to adult life.

The couple lived in a civil marriage. At first they planned to get married when Christina turned 18 years old. However, they later decided that a stamp in a passport does not guarantee a strong relationship. The young people did not register their relationship when their son was born, who was named Nikita. At that time, Christina was nineteen years old, and Vladimir was twenty-two years old.

Vladimir, despite his young age, tried to financially provide for his family. He was on tour for a long time and devoted little time to his family. Christina devoted herself entirely to home and raising her son. However, the role of a housewife did not suit her. She also wanted to try herself as a singer. Her common-law husband did not support her in this. This became a reason for quarrels and scandals in the family.

After some time, it became known that the couple broke up. There are several versions of why the young people broke up.

There is a version around Christina that Presnyakov found a replacement for her and began dating Elena Lenskaya. Vladimir says that it was Orbakaite who left him. She just packed her things and left without any explanation. This plunged him into a long depression, from which Lenskaya brought him out. Later she became his second wife.

Ideal husband - Ruslan Baysarov

It would seem that Christina found her ideal husband in Ruslan Baysarov. A young and successful businessman, who has great connections in almost all business circles, conquered the girl almost immediately.

Since childhood, Ruslan has not been used to losing. A hot Chechen guy moved to Moscow immediately after school. Despite the fact that his parents were quite wealthy people, he did not expect financial help from them.

While still a student, Ruslan founded his first business. Baysarov began selling imported computers and adapting them to the Russian language.

Ruslan got married quite early. His chosen one was fashion model Tatyana Kovtunova. In their marriage, they had a daughter, who was named Camilla. But neither his wife nor his small child could keep Baysarov in the family. He became interested in Kristina Orbakaite and divorced his wife for her sake.

They decided not to officially register their relationship with Christina. They just held a special ceremony in one of the mosques in Moscow. Baysarov did not mind Christina making music and even invested money in her musical projects.

They say that the businessman invested considerable sums in Pugacheva’s work. The famous mother-in-law also did not remain in debt. She introduced Baysarov to many influential people.

Interesting notes:

In a civil marriage, Ruslan and Christina had a son, Denis. From the outside it seemed that the couple lived in complete idyll. But they broke up. And then some details of family relationships surfaced. It turned out that Ruslan cheated on Orbakaite more than once with various beauties. It also became known that he could raise his hand against his wife.

In addition, in 2009, he actually kidnapped his common son Denis and left him to live in Grozny. There were many publications about this in the press. Even the prima donna could not stay away from the scandal and expressed her opinion publicly.

Romance with an American

Kristina Orbakaite’s third husband was an American businessman of Russian origin, Mikhail Zemtsov. They met in Miami. Kristina went there with her colleagues to celebrate the birthday of singer and composer Igor Nikolaev.

During the celebration, a handsome young man approached Orbakaite and offered to meet him. Mikhail was born in America and lived there all his life. He didn’t even know that Christina was a successful singer in Russia. She was interesting to him as a person.

After some time, Mikhail invited the girl to become his wife. Christina was slightly unprepared for this turn of events, but happily agreed. Zemtsov was the first man who offered her his hand and heart and with whom Orbakaite officially registered her relationship.

The only controversial issue for the couple was the issue of residence. Mikhail had a successful business in America, and Christina had a successful career as an actress and singer in Russia. It was even rumored that because of this the couple was on the verge of divorce. But they managed to find a compromise.

Now everything in their family is going as well as possible. Mikhail surrounded Christina and their common daughter Claudia with attention and care. Orbakaite feels the support of her husband in literally everything. If any problems arise, he immediately tries to solve them.

Now Christina feels truly happy. She persistently pursued this for many years. And she truly deserved it.

Tatyana Kovtunova left a restaurant in the center of Moscow and did not reach the car parked nearby

Several weeks ago, as MK learned, law enforcement agencies received information about the disappearance of Tatyana Kovtunova, the first wife of businessman Ruslan Baysarov, the former son-in-law of Alla Pugacheva. According to preliminary information, the woman is still wanted. However, Tatyana “goes out” to the social network. Although there is a possibility that other people log in under her name.

Tatyana Kovtunova with her daughter Camilla.

“This happened three weeks ago,” Kovtunova’s acquaintances told us. — Tanya and two friends went in the evening to an expensive restaurant in the area of 1905 Street. When the women left the establishment, Tatyana went to her car, which she parked nearby. She was never seen again. The car remained standing where its owner had suddenly disappeared.

Tatyana Kovtunova is a former successful fashion model. She married Ruslan Baysarov in the early 90s. In 1994, a daughter, Camilla, was born into the family. A few years later, the couple separated - Baysarov began an affair with Alla Pugacheva’s daughter Kristina Orbakaite.

Two years ago, MK spoke with the daughter of Tatyana Kovtunova and Ruslan Baysarov. This is what the girl said about the relationship between her parents.

— Camilla, how does your mother live?

- OK, but what?

— When your parents separated, did you immediately move in with your father?

“You can’t say that I moved in with him.” I manage to combine life in two houses. I live either with my dad or with my mom. I believe both parents should raise a child. Despite the fact that I live in my father’s house, my school is nearby, I also often come to my mother, she and I constantly relax together. So I spend equal time with both parents.

— What does your mother do?

— She has her own company for organizing holidays and special events. She is a successful woman.

- And yet you spend most of your time in your father’s house... At what age did you leave your mother?

“I’ll say it again: I didn’t leave anyone.” I always lived with both dad and mom. If I tell my mother: “I want to go to my father,” she calmly replies: “Please!” The same situation is with dad. I don't have any restrictions. There was no such thing as dad locking me in a room and shouting: “No, you’re not going anywhere.” I can go to my mom for a week and live with my dad for a week.

- Does mom have her own family?

— Mom got married, but she no longer has children. So I'm her only daughter.

“I still never cease to wonder why all four of Ruslan’s children live away from their mothers.

- I have a very good father. Every day he accompanies us to school, picks us up, and we also spend the evenings together. Why is this surprising? In many families in the East, children stay with their father - but this is primarily the desire of the children. At the same time, we are absolutely free.

- And if you need purely female advice?

“That’s why I have a mother.” I get equal attention from dad and mom.

Perhaps Baysarov's ex-wife was kidnapped to influence him, force him to make some unfavorable business decision or obtain a ransom. Although, according to our data, no one demanded a ransom for Kovtunova.

The drama in the soap opera “The Divorce of Kristina Orbakaite” does not weaken. Businessman Ruslan Baysarov addressed an open letter to Alla Pugacheva. He asks the singer not to interfere in the conflict that flared up around her grandson Denis.

Baysarov and his son, according to the businessman himself, live as if in a besieged fortress. “All kinds of holders of high ranks and titles constantly call me with the demand to ‘respect the Diva’ and give up my son,” writes Christina’s ex-husband in a letter published on the pages of Komsomolskaya Pravda.

The businessman could not resist making several sarcastic remarks about Pugacheva: he calls her “The Mother-in-Law of All Rus',” “whose love for her daughter is so ardent that it can burn anyone alive.” “I wouldn’t be surprised if your enormous influence prompts the Duma to pass a special law obliging Denis to live with her mother,” the letter notes.

Behind these ups and downs, a key fact was somehow forgotten: Kristina Orbakaite got married according to Muslim custom (“nikah”). Their marriage is fixed Imam of the Moscow Cathedral Mosque Rais Hazrat. As expected, the daughter-in-law agreed to abide by the laws of Islam. In essence, Ms. Obrakaite has voluntarily committed herself to complying with Sharia law. The story that is now happening with Kristina Obbakaite is a direct consequence of this step.

What subtleties does “nikah” have, and how the divorce procedure is arranged, he explains Head of the Islamic Committee of Russia Heydar Dzhemal.

"SP":— Heydar Dzhahidovich, what is the Muslim wedding ceremony?

— The ritual is quite simple, it is called “nikah”, and is performed in front of witnesses. After which the parties enter into certain obligations towards each other - sexual, property.

"SP":— Orbakaite herself should have converted to Islam at the wedding ceremony, or is it not important?

“She, of course, had to convert to Islam, or promise to convert to Islam. One of our prophets married both a Christian and a Jewish woman, but after that they converted to Islam. The fact is that according to Sunni madhhabs (schools of Sharia law; Chechens, by the way, are Sunnis - approx. “SP”), permanent marriage to a Christian or Jewish woman is not allowed. It is allowed only if there is an understanding that they will accept Islam. And marriage to a pagan or an atheist is strictly prohibited. As for the Shiite madhhab, which, say, operates in Iran, only temporary marriage is possible with Christians and Jewish women. There is no temporary marriage among Sunnis - the overwhelming majority of Muslims. But the Shiites have it. This means that marriage is concluded on certain contractual terms between a man and a woman, for a certain, pre-agreed period.

"SP":- Like this?

“An ordinary marriage is registered, everything is known there: the size of fur for a given area and a given class of population, responsibilities. And in a Shiite temporary marriage, for example, a woman can get married in order to travel, Hajj, and so as not to be alone during this journey. Therefore, in the conditions of such a marriage, it can be agreed that the sexual side of the matter is not included in it. He is “white” - the spouses do not sleep with each other, but are considered husband and wife, from the point of view of the outside world.

A man in a Shia temporary marriage may not pay mehr, or may pay some amount of money. Children from a temporary marriage have the same rights as from a regular marriage. But Sunnis regard temporary marriage as a hidden form of whoredom. Although the institution of temporary marriage existed throughout the early years of Islam, and was only abolished by the second caliph in the middle of his reign. Even a number of companions of one of the prophets who opposed the abolition of temporary marriage were executed. But among the Shiites, temporary marriage is a completely honorable, recognized institution, although it is practiced only in circles close to the clergy. Although women are not fans of temporary marriage.

"SP":— How is the divorce procedure arranged?

- In case of divorce on the initiative of the husband, the wife retains “mehr” - the dowry that is given to her by her husband when she gets married. This dowry should generally be of such an amount that she can live on it for at least four months after the divorce. In addition, she keeps all gifts for herself, and in some cases, under the marriage contract, she is entitled to part of her husband's property.

If the wife herself initiates a divorce, without legal grounds, she does not have the right to gifts and property. If the wife is accused of infidelity, but there are no witnesses, both parties are invited to the judge, and each of them swears three times on the Koran in front of witnesses. The husband swears that he considers his wife unfaithful, the wife that she is absolutely faithful. After this, since the score between sides is considered equal, and neither one nor the other has wavered, the judge declares the marriage dissolved. At the same time, the wife receives nothing.

"SP":- Who do the children stay with?

— It is believed that marriage is concluded so that the husband gives his wife protection, comfort, and creates all the conditions for her to live. In particular, he has no right to force his wife to do housework, and she can demand payment from him for all services except sexual ones. In particular, for the fact that she raises and feeds children. The husband has sexual favors and children from his wife. Children are considered the main purpose of marriage for a man, so in case of divorce they remain with him. Except for the situation when the court decides that it is better for the children to stay with their mother. This occurs when witnesses clearly state that the person is harmful to the child.

"SP":— Children stay with their father after reaching what age?

- After six years. The father is obliged to hire suitable servants to look after them. Children are with the father - this does not mean that a drunk folder is lying in the corner, among bottles and cans, and the unfortunate child bursts into tears. In the Islamic space this is excluded. There are relatives there if it is a poor family and cannot hire a tutor. And in the case of Baysarov, I think everything is fine with this.

"SP":— From the point of view of tradition, is Baysarov right?

- I don't know the details. I think that in the Baysarov situation there is also some kind of PR on the part of the Chechen Republic regarding the loud, throughout Russia, conflict between traditionalist and liberal consciousness. To demonstrate the depth of the fall of the liberal crowd, and to point out that the traditionalist consciousness is saving not only for the Caucasus, but also for Russia.

Kristina respected Chechen traditions

Press secretary of the singer Natalya Nikitina confirmed that Christina and Ruslan registered their relationship according to all the canons of Islam.

- Yes, indeed, a ritual was performed in the mosque,- says Natalya. - And in exactly the same way they divorced when they separated.

Orbakaite and Baysarov were together for more than two years.

Then in one of the interviews the singer said: “I value and respect the traditions and customs of the Chechens and understand well that my son is a Muslim. And to all Denis’ questions I always answer: do as dad says. He is an obedient boy, very attached to his father. Yes, many are surprised how I, a modern woman, fit into their everyday life with such ease. I realized that if you love a person, you must respect his culture. At first, of course, it was unusual. For example, in the presence of family and friends, Ruslan does not show his feelings either towards me or towards his son. Among the Chechens this is considered a sign of weakness. And the only person he treats reverently, without hiding his feelings, is his mother. Ruslan is the man of my dreams. I fell in love with him at first sight and forever! He may find someone else, but I’m not like him.”

However, the couple broke up. According to one version, this happened because a businessman, in a fit of jealousy, broke the singer’s nose, after which he was forced to pay off criminal prosecution with an apartment of 500 square meters. meters for Alla Pugacheva. According to another version, he started an affair with model Alina Tsevina, who later gave birth to his child.

Ruslan Baysarov acted in accordance with his customs. All his children from different marriages live with him, and not with their mothers. Baysarov's first wife and mother of his daughter Camilla was fashion model Tatyana Kovtunova. Camilla lives with her father, presumably immediately after her parents’ divorce, that is, from 96-97. Another child of Baysarov, born from fashion model Alina Tsevina, son Elman, also lives with his father, and not with his mother. In addition, Baysarov has another son, Dali, who also lives with him. By the way, Alina appeared in Baysarov’s life immediately after or even parallel to Orbakaite.

Sharia: quarrel, separation with return, breakup

From the book of the Russian official Nikolai Tornau “Exposition of the principles of Muslim jurisprudence”, published in St. Petersburg in 1850.

"Meaning and Separation

Telok (divorce) is an obligation that dissolves a marriage. A husband who declares a divorce is called a tolik. A wife receiving a divorce is called mutleke.

According to Muslim jurisprudence, the obligation to divorce differs:

1. Telok boin is a divorce that certainly dissolves a marriage.

2. Telok rij'ei - divorce, giving the husband the right to renew the marriage within a certain time.

Upskirt boin and upskirt ridge'ey

A. Cases when what type of divorce is committed

Telok slaughter, which invariably dissolves a marriage, is committed in the following cases:

1) in marriages with wives with whom the husband did not cohabit;

2) in marriages with wives who do not have monthly purifications due to old age or youth;

3) upon the announcement of a third divorce to a wife with whom the husband twice restored the marriage according to the right of Telok Rid’ei;

4) upon the final announcement of hyul’e and muborot (see more about this below);

5) upon the announcement of zekhor - an offensive expression and illo, an oath of non-cohabitation (see below).

B. Rules regarding heifer boin and heifer ridge’ei

The granting of a divorce depends on the arbitrariness of the husband. (Some cases in which the hakim sher'e or the ruler of the country obliges the husband to give his wife a divorce are outlined below).

A husband is allowed, in compliance with the rules prescribed by law, to grant divorces to his wives without indicating the reasons prompting him to such an action.

The obligation of divorce performed by the husband according to the rules of Shariah is certainly obligatory on the wife. The husband, for his part, must return to his wife all the property that actually belongs to her, and give the mehr (dowry) determined at the time of marriage - if it was not paid at the same time. Exceptions to this rule are made by hyul’e and muborot, as will be discussed below.

Upon the dissolution of the marriage by the divorce decree and upon the expiration of the period of idde in Telok Rid'ei, the wives have the right to freely and at their own request enter into new conditions for the marriage.

After a divorce, children always remain with their father, except during rizo’e. According to other interpretations, Sharia leaves children with their mother until the expiration of a certain period, namely: daughters until their monthly purification, sons until 7 or 9 years old."
