Boris Krasnov state. The criminal case against the famous designer and set designer has been dropped

While visiting Pugacheva, the famous set designer develops a beastly appetite

While visiting Pugacheva, the famous stage designer develops a beastly appetite

I have known Boris KRASNOV since the mid-90s. Like many of his friends, I was shocked when three and a half years ago the famous production designer was unexpectedly detained and faced with serious charges. Allegedly, he was part of a group of people who extorted 100 percent of the shares of the authorized capital from the Inconnect company, which organized exhibitions. Krasnov faced up to 15 years in prison. During the investigation, he was released by the court on bail of 5 million rubles. But literally two weeks later he was struck down by a severe stroke. Since then, information about him has been extremely scanty and fragmentary. Like, he was in a coma, then he was transported abroad...

When I managed to reach him a year ago, Boris said that he had already returned to Moscow, was continuing treatment and, as soon as the doctors allowed, he would be the first to give an interview to me. To Boris's credit, he kept his word.

And so I go into his office in the brainchild he created - the Forum Hall celebration hall. Krasnov When he meets me, he cheers up and takes a few steps, leaning on his cane. His assistant Sergei insures him.

- Of course, readers are primarily interested in your health!- Thank you, I’m recovering slowly. I can walk, though, with difficulty. Left hand not yet in working order. I had a right-sided stroke, so most of the problems were with my left arm and leg. By the way, if it were left-handed, we wouldn’t be talking now. Fortunately, the memory was not affected either. I'm having fun here - I ask my assistant to tell me any football team from the USSR football champions and can easily name all the players, including substitutes.

Well, with your rhythm of life, you got off easy. I remember how you worked. Almost no days off. Have you been to a sanatorium at least once in your life?

What a sanatorium! Jumped up at six in the morning - and go! My family and friends all asked me: “Slow down!” Mikhail Tanich , may the kingdom of heaven be upon him, on each of my birthdays he wrote an epigram: “Krasnov is a thing in speed somewhere between the speed of sound and the speed of light.” Or here’s another: “There was no order twice, and Borya was at home twice. / How can I check this libel? And by the number of children!” I practically did not take care of my health. I smoked two packs a day. I drank 35 cups of coffee... - I know that in difficult times Pugacheva provided you with great moral support. You have a special relationship with Alla Borisovna? - Yes, we have, as they say, a creative romance. Anything happened between us. It happened that my scenery was destroyed with a microphone. One minute she likes everything, but after a couple of minutes she screams - redo everything. It seems to me that sometimes Alla is unpredictable to herself. We still often call her back. A month ago we had dinner together - at her home, with Maxim, in their castle. You know, it’s an amazing thing - Alla, no matter where she lives, has such an atmosphere in her house that she eats very well, she’s just overcome with some kind of hunger! Whatever she cooked, I always swallowed it right away! Very tasty! By the way, I ate her cooking not only at her place, but also at my place. I noticed that Alla is not always serious when it comes to cooking. I remember a long time ago they came to see me with Sergei Chelobanov spontaneously. Alla took everything that was in the refrigerator, poured it into a pan, threw cheese on top, and when it melted, please bring it to the table - the dish is ready. And she dedicated it to me and Chelobanov... By the way, a month ago I saw her and Max’s children for the first time. They are simply wonderful! This is some kind of fantasy - I have never seen such a resemblance: Garik is just a copy of Max. Facial expression, eyes, lips, nose - one to one. Such a serious boy. And Lisa is just a doll, such a blonde with a pink bow and curly long hair.

- Did you give anything to the children?

Of course, but how? Garik - a car-bicycle. You press the button and it takes you. And for Liza, there’s this big thing: you press it, and something plays, beeps, crows, and speaks English. But most of all she was delighted to see a doll that brushes its teeth. You know, watching Alla look with great tenderness at her two angels - Garik and Lisa, I thought that, probably, only now, perhaps, for the first time, she truly felt what it's like to be a mother. At one time, when Christina was growing up, she had a monstrous touring schedule, she was constantly running around with concerts. I also couldn’t devote much time to my grandchildren. And only now he spends as much time with the kids as necessary, and gets tremendous pleasure. I recently organized a prank for the guests. Guests on his birthday (January 22, Krasnov turned 54 years old. - OK. ) reported that during his illness he constantly watched news abroad. And one piece of news struck me so much that my head turned around and I, they say, began to engage in something unusual for me - writing songs. And he dedicated one of them to Alla and Max. It comes out here Natalie and sings: “Oh God, what a man, I want a son from you. And a daughter!” Everyone burst out laughing.

Oh, I remembered! Borya Moiseev told me: when he had a stroke, the cutlets that Alla Borisovna personally fried for him and brought to his ward helped him a lot!

This is true. And many people helped me too. Although, of course, I don’t remember well the first time after the stroke - I was in a coma for too long, almost three months. Borya, as far as I know, was not in a coma. That’s also probably why it’s taking me so long to recover now. My wife became my guardian angel - she did not leave the bed for a minute. And without a doubt mine best friend and partner - Konstantin Petrov, for which I am very grateful to him. When the doctors were asked what the percentage chance was that I would live, they shrugged: none. Special thanks, first of all, to Russian doctors. In particular, to the head of the neuroreanimation unit of the clinic where I was hospitalized - Pavel Härkenen. After I came out of the coma, it was decided to continue treatment abroad. At first it was a clinic in Germany - I spent six months there. The forecasts of German doctors were disappointing. They said that I would not only never be able to walk, but even sit in a chair. But I still did not lose heart - I continued to believe in miracles.

After another six months, we were advised to change the clinic. I was brought to Montreux, Switzerland, on a stretcher. Every day I worked for many hours with physiotherapists - by the way, they are all Portuguese, very good specialists who literally force the patient to get up. Nothing moved, not even my feet.

When I started moving my legs and shoulders, it was my first victory. Then he learned to get out of bed and transfer to a wheelchair. The pain was terrible, as if everything were grinding you into two. But after a few months I took the first step. For almost three years, being treated in Western clinics without insurance would have been unthinkable without the financial support of friends, and besides this, for example, Joseph Kobzon And Alla Pugacheva helped find good specialists. They visited me in a Swiss clinic Valera Syutkin, Igor Krutoy, Sasha Fayfman. My beloved mother and father also often visited, creating a truly homely environment for me.

The investigation is over, forget it!

I think these terrible accusations of extorting a controlling stake from the Inconnect company, which all the newspapers wrote about at that time, could also affect your health...

Rather, it became a kind of finishing point. After all, before this we had an incredibly difficult project - preparing the Russian Pavilion for the World EXPO 2010 in Shanghai. Among five hundred exhibitions in terms of attendance, our pavilion took first place and second place for the best presentation of the topic “ Better city - better life" It's like winning the Grand Prix at the Oscars. But, despite such enchanting success, there were constantly some groundless attacks from some media that drove me into a frenzy - they were so unfair and dishonest. And this story with my alleged participation in extortion... Of course, it was terribly offensive that I, a person who had done so much for the USSR and Russia over 35 years, organized many of its landmark projects, fifty percent of which were at the government level, was accused of which I didn't do.

For the first time in my life I found myself in the unusual role of a suspect! Naturally, I was internally wounded by all this injustice; I wouldn’t wish anyone to endure such accusations. Stroke, translated from Latin, means “offense.” As I know from the words of my assistant, this happened during the day, right in the office. Fell, lost consciousness...

When I fell ill, the criminal case was separated into separate proceedings and suspended. No investigative actions were carried out on him. But the investigation was always notified where I was, at what stage my treatment was at. After being discharged from the hospital, the investigation was resumed.

As a result of an objective investigation in December 2014, a decision was made that there was no crime in my actions. Of course, I did not doubt for a second that everything would end this way. However, like all my friends. Lolita, for example, when they questioned her, she kept repeating: “What are you doing?! This is a man who can only give - he cannot take anything away! - What do you want more than anything in the world at this second?- Drink and smoke! But this is absolutely forbidden. After the stroke, I did not drink a single drink or smoke a single cigarette. And I will not. I want to live. And I look into the future with optimism. After all, they left me in this world for something - probably for something good. Essentially, I am living a second life now. Indeed, the signal given was too serious. In order for a revaluation of values to occur. And it certainly happened.

He designed the scenery for the legendary “Christmas meetings” and farewell concerts Alla Pugacheva and grand shows Philip Kirkorov! But the country knows Krasnova on the program “Factor A” - Boris sat on the jury there. And then suddenly it was all... over!

Two and a half years ago, the set designer was accused of allegedly using threats and blackmail to force him and his accomplices to take over a company organizing exhibitions. And if the investigation proved guilt, Krasnov would have faced 15 years in prison!

Boris how the criminal was taken to the police in handcuffs, put in a cell for two days and released only on bail of 5,000,000 rubles. Such humiliation a famous person He couldn’t survive it - and he was struck down by a severe stroke!

“Monstrous! They don’t fear God!”

“I’m sure it all happened because of the hassle,” says the lawyer. Krasnova Alexander Dobrovinsky. — Boris was completely healthy! But a stroke is such a thing... A blood clot breaks off, a vessel bursts, but no one knows how this happens and why. As a result, Boris underwent brain surgery.

The patient's condition stabilized, but he came out of the coma only six months later! Then rumors spread that Krasnov in fact, he is supposedly alive and well - just hiding from the investigation. These speculations were stopped Alla Pugacheva:

- I was at Bori once,” the Diva told “Secrets of the Stars.” “He came out of a coma, but he can’t talk because there’s a tube in his throat and everything.” This spectacle is certainly not for the faint of heart. But Borya seemed to react a little. I’m afraid I’ll jinx it, so it’s better not to talk about this topic... There are a lot of people who want to think that Borya escaped from the investigation. Monstrous! They don't fear God! I am sure that the investigation will figure out that Borya not my fault!

And now, two and a half years later, the first photograph of the 53-year-old set designer in... a wheelchair appeared.

“Judging by this picture, the person really suffered a stroke,” the doctors told our magazine. — There is facial asymmetry. The corner of the eye is not lowered, the eyelid is not lowered either. But judging by the nasolabial fold on the left, we can say that a cerebral hemorrhage actually occurred in the right hemisphere.

Unfortunately, doctors do not give optimistic forecasts. According to them, the patient will not be able to fully recover. But they try their best to Boris got up from wheelchair. The left side of his body is not working yet - neither his leg nor his arm. What a tragedy!

After six months of coma, doctors consider it a miracle

The star's desperate struggle with the damned stroke continues! Krasnov hopes that he will be able to walk! After all, his speech has almost completely recovered, which, after six months of coma, doctors consider a miracle!

The set designer continues to work out on exercise machines, sits on strict diet- He can’t have alcohol, nothing spicy, fatty or sweet. Under treatment Boris Arkadievich in Switzerland and Russia, and it costs him almost $1,000,000 a year! Good - rich friends help. And the wife Evgenia and children - Darina And Daniel— are always there and pray for the set designer. And not in vain - after all Krasnov are already offered work in several projects. He's ready to take them on as soon as he gets better.

And here is the consequence regarding Boris Arka Dievich is suspended for now...

Based on materials from: taini-zvezd.ru

Recently, due to the lack of evidence of a crime, the sensational criminal case against the famous designer and set designer Boris Krasnov, accused of extortion of shares in the Inconnect company, was dropped. Previously, it was suspended and then separated into separate proceedings due to Krasnov’s serious illness. In the fall of 2011, he suffered a stroke and was in a coma, but then began to recover and, with the permission of the investigator, was released for treatment in Germany. The remaining defendants in the extortion case were convicted in November 2013. Currently, the set designer has returned safely to his homeland and is ready to continue his work. Lenta.ru looked into the process and features of this not entirely ordinary case.

Matryoshka dolls from Flower City

The fame of a master of the stage came to Boris Krasnov back in the 1990s, and after the Russian National Exhibition in Paris in 2010, he could have become a living classic. However, his bold stage decision with a round dance of ten-meter matryoshka dolls was not positively assessed by all interested parties. In particular, the set designer’s ideas, according to some information, were not to the taste of Vladimir Putin, who arrived at the exhibition.

The “Flower City” project from “The Adventures of Dunno” at Expo 2010 in Shanghai was also not entirely successful. Dmitry Medvedev, who was in China on a working visit, was said to be dissatisfied that the expensive decorations did not reflect current topics in the development of nanotechnology and the country's preparation for the Sochi Olympics. The huge pavilion then had to be left to China, since its transportation to Russia could cost one and a half hundred million rubles. As a result, the cost of the project, which already significantly exceeded expectations, increased from the initial 224 million to 1.5 billion rubles.

Tall Raiders

To prepare for Expo 2012 in South Korea with a budget of 375 million, the famous set designer was no longer attracted. Perhaps it was precisely because of this that Krasnov did not have a good relationship with the organizers of the Russian part of the exhibition - the Inconnect company of Tatyana Sadofieva and her son Andrei Sadofiev.

According to investigators, Boris Krasnov joined a group of influential people - officials from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, who declared a kind of war on Inconnect.

In July 2011, one of the leaders of this company, Andrei Sadofyev, met with the chief manager of the Magma investment company, Igor Dunaev, in the Rice and Fish restaurant on the second floor of the Udarnik cinema. Sadofiev was offered to buy out 100 percent of the authorized capital of Inconnect's subsidiary, Inconnect Group, which received an order to organize a Russian exhibition at Expo 2012 for $50,000. Otherwise, the company's management expected serious problems from the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and even criminal prosecution. The deal did not take place, and relations between the parties deteriorated even more.

It was then, it is believed, that Krasnov turned to his good friend Vladimir Kolokoltsev, who in the summer of 2011 held the post of head of the capital’s main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with a request to take personal control of the Inconnect check. The claims against the company had very real grounds: the financial connection of Inconnect with the Prostor Design company, with the help of which the Sadofyevs may have evaded taxes, was checked.

However, the confrontation between the Sadofyevs and Krasnov’s friends did not last long. By the beginning of autumn 2011, the leadership of Inconnect turned from potential criminals into victims. On September 7, on suspicion of extortion, the former head of the department of foreign economic relations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Sergei Shilov (later, according to the verdict of the Zamoskvoretsky court, he will receive 8 years in prison), deputy head of the exhibition department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Yuri Bogdanov (sentenced to 7 years in prison), deputy general director of "Sportivny" news agency Olympic Committee of the Russian Federation" Oleg Litoshenko (sentenced to 7.5 years in prison) and Igor Dunaev, discussed above. The latter received 4 years in prison.

On the same day, September 7, Boris Krasnov himself was detained. He spent two days behind bars and was then released on bail of 5 million rubles.

And on September 22, Krasnov suffered a stroke. Moreover, precisely at the moment when he was discussing the line of defense with his lawyer Imanali Uzalov. The set designer was urgently taken first to Pervaya Gradskaya, and then to the intensive care unit of the Federal Medical Biophysical Center named after. A.I. Burnazyan. Another patient’s lawyer, Alexander Dobrovinsky, said that Krasnov is in a coma.

Law enforcement officers who visited him at the clinic were also able to verify the reality of the diagnosis. When the patient’s condition stabilized a little, Krasnov was sent by plane to Berlin, and then to one of the clinics in Switzerland. No procedural norms were violated in this case.

If a person is on bail, he even has the right not to seek permission to travel abroad. Boris did not give any undertaking not to leave - the money was deposited, and he could go anywhere,” noted lawyer Dobrovinsky.

Shuvalov's successor and the struggle around the All-Russian Exhibition Center

And the year 2011 began on the brightest note for Boris Krasnov. For his 50th birthday, the decorative artist gathered not only domestic and foreign pop stars, but also “top” officials and businessmen. On January 22, First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, future Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev and Sberbank President German Gref were seen celebrating the Krasnov anniversary in the Forum Hall.

Nine months later, the set designer, who had so spectacularly flaunted his lobbying abilities and achievements, became involved in a criminal case of extortion. Perhaps the conflict around the most important national exhibition - the All-Russian Exhibition Center, the former and future VDNKh - played a certain role in this.

Just at the end of summer - beginning of autumn, the issue of candidacy for a new chairman of the board of directors of the All-Russian Exhibition Center was being decided. The powers of Igor Shuvalov, who held this position, expired on October 1. German Gref, former governor of the Kaliningrad region Georgy Boos and Boris Krasnov were considered as his possible “successors”.

The All-Russian Exhibition Center was preparing for a large-scale restructuring, which was contracted to carry out by large capital developers Zarakh Iliev and God Nisanov. As expensive as the project is - the estimated cost is 2-3 billion dollars - it is also risky. It is no coincidence that some observers started talking about “megacherkizon”, remembering that Iliev and Nisanov were involved in the notorious metropolitan flea market, and also own a number of large Moscow shopping complexes.

The role of the chairman of the board of directors and his non-affiliation with the “rebuilders” of the exhibition center in such a situation was difficult to overestimate. Moreover, at that time the All-Russian Exhibition Center did not have a sole owner. Its shares in a 70/30 ratio were distributed between the federal government and Moscow. Such shareholder dual power, in the presence of a friendly or at least neutral board of directors and management, provided almost unlimited freedom of action to develop 300 “exhibition” hectares.

By the way, against the backdrop of the Krasnov ordeals, Alexey Mikushko, the former manager of the hotel business of Iliev and Nisanov, became the general director of the All-Russian Exhibition Center in September 2011. There was a problem with the chairman of the board of directors. Georgy Boos took up this post only in December. But on the other hand, the Year of Nisanov also entered the highest advisory body.

However, as it turned out later, this was by no means the end of the battle for the exhibition billions and hectares. Already in the summer of 2012, Boos gave up his chair to Deputy Moscow Mayor Natalya Sergunina. The business press claimed that the ex-governor did not work well with Iliev and Nisanov.

A funny detail: around the same time in July 2012, Boris Krasnov appeared before the general Russian public for the first time after the initiation of a criminal case and a stroke. He spoke at talk show air on Channel One, dedicated to the birth of a child with Philip Kirkorov. The decorator did not give the impression of a seriously ill person: he spoke clearly and distinctly, was in high spirits, sat on the sofa, and not on wheelchair. Filming took place in Ostankino, and not in a Swiss clinic. Although no one officially announced the dropping of the charges against the decorator.

But there are signs that the mayor’s office is taking power at the All-Russian Exhibition Center, hardly solely in the interests of Iliev and Nisanov. Another large developer, the head of the Barkley corporation, Leonid Kazinets, has joined the board of directors of the exhibition center. And in May 2013, by decision federal authorities Moscow received 100 percent of the All-Russian Exhibition Center. At the same time, Iliev and Nisanov received the go-ahead to build an aquarium on its territory, the largest in the European part of the Russian Federation.

A little later, in the fall of 2013, businessmen announced their intention to build two hotels with 600 and 400 rooms. But these plans were in doubt.

In April 2014, Alexey Mikushko ceded the position of general director to Vladimir Pogrebenko, Sergunina’s former subordinate in the capital’s property department. And as a result, Vozrozhdenie All-Russian Exhibition Center LLC, controlled by Iliev and Nisanov, commenting on its plans, mentioned only the aquarium and the creation of a children's leisure center.

It seems that the hotels do not really correspond to the image of the All-Russian Exhibition Center-VDNKh that Moscow officials have formed. At least, Natalya Sergunina is talking about a park, a museum town, a sports cluster, but not about the concentration of retail and office real estate.

Quiet return

Meanwhile, Boris Krasnov again went into the shadows, trying not to come into the view of the press. We only managed to find out that the decorator returned safely to his homeland and even started work. In particular, singer Elena Vaenga mentioned this in an interview with radio “Chanson” in October 2014.

The investigative authorities - the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Central Administrative District - could not find out about the prospects for further investigation of the criminal case against Krasnov. However, lawyer Lyubov Trushina told reporters that the case had already been closed due to the lack of corpus delicti in Krasnov’s actions.

This news was received with hope by Dmitry Chesnov, the defense lawyer of the already convicted defendant in the Inconnect case, Sergei Shilov.

A lawyer's request has been prepared to familiarize himself with the decision to terminate the criminal prosecution against Boris Krasnov. I think the arguments contained there can be used to justify my client,” the lawyer told Lenta.ru.

However, after a few days of Supreme Court news arrived about the refusal to transfer it for consideration cassation appeal. The department did not see any grounds for reviewing the Inconnect case. Therefore, the former “accomplices” of the famous stage designer will remain behind bars.

Boris Krasnov himself, in an interview with Kommersant, said that he was satisfied with the way the investigation ended: “I am not guilty and have always said so. Did you really think that it could have been different?”

In 1978, young Borya Reuter graduated from the Taras Shevchenko Art School.

This is Evgenia’s second marriage; she got her exotic surname from her first husband.

She met Boris Arkadyevich Krasnov at a fashion show. Valentin Yudashkin, who invited Boris to design the scenery, introduced Krasnov to Evgenia. Evgenia Gurini, being married at that time, could not resist Krasnov’s advances and soon allowed him to achieve her love. Their wedding took place in a modest restaurant.

After marriage, Evgenia decided to give up her modeling career and devote herself to her family and children.

Stroke in Krasnov's life

2011 became a fatal year for Boris Arkadyevich. He was accused of extorting the authorized capital (about 5 million rubles) from the Inconnect group of companies. Krasnov and his accomplices (four more officials were suspected) faced 15 years prison term. Against the backdrop of this trumped-up accusation, Krasnov was struck down by a severe stroke that turned into a coma.

At the trial, which Krasnov was unable to attend, his lawyer nevertheless convinced the court members to stop the trial and release Krasnov on bail of 5 million rubles.

Pneumonia, a large hematoma, a right-sided stroke - all this only complicated his treatment, which was taking place at that time in Switzerland. In his interview, Boris recalls that he was able to take the first step after treatment only a few months later.

It is important to note the feasible contribution Russian stars pop stars of the first magnitude (such as A. Pugacheva and I. Kobzon). They actively helped the artist both morally and financially, and found the best doctors.
