  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • sesame – 1 tbsp;
  • table vinegar – 2 tbsp;
  • sugar – 1 tsp; salt - to taste;
  • paprika – ½ tsp;
  • Korean carrot seasoning;
  • vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp;
  • mixture of peppers - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Grate the carrots on a special grater.
  2. Boil pre-cleaned and gutted squid in boiling water for 1 minute.
  3. After the squid is ready, cool and check if there are any films on it. Cut it into rings.
  4. Peel the onion and chop it into half rings.
  5. Fry the onion in a frying pan with vegetable oil.

Remember, seafood does not tolerate long heat treatment; it can be cooked for no more than 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • chicken egg – 1 pc.;
  • squid (carcass) – 2 pcs.;
  • onion – 1 head;
  • mayonnaise "Provencal" - for dressing.

Preparation:

  1. If the squids are frozen, leave them aside until they thaw.
  2. While the seafood is defrosting, cut the onion into thin half rings.
  3. Scald the onion with boiling water and immediately drain the water.
  4. Cool the slices and then put them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. This is necessary to remove bitterness.

Hi all! We received guests here over the weekend... We love guests, and after we got a dishwasher in the house, we just love them! ;) Here. But guests also need to be fed deliciously. Therefore, all possible recipe resources were used, from the Internet to our own imagination. As a result, I even managed to photograph the cooking process and now I share these recipes with you. Here is one of them - salad with chicken and squid.

I find the salad to be very simple and quick.

1. Let the chicken cook. Well, whatever, I cook it in Zepter. :)

I don’t advertise Zepter, but it’s very convenient for cooking! Place a couple of tablespoons of water on the bottom of the pan, then place the chicken, cover with a lid and place on almost the lowest heat. When the temperature sensor on the lid reaches the middle of the green field, you turn off the fire. You wait a little more, focusing on the temperature sensor readings and, voila! - you have boiled aromatic chicken breast in your own broth. :)

2. Boil the squid. We heat the water, as soon as it boils, we throw in the squid, peeled from the films. I had squid rings. Actually, I linked their future with beer batter, but fate cruelly decreed otherwise...

Attention! Squid is werewolf! If you boil it more than necessary, it will turn into rubber! Therefore, we cook it for 3-5 minutes (from the boiling time of the water with squid). I generally cooked the rings for 2 minutes. After boiling the squid for the required time, catch them and let them cool.

3. Now take a bowl, board and knife and cut our ingredients into small pieces. How small - everyone decides for himself. :)

First I chopped the cucumber,

At first I wasn’t going to put in the apple. But, after thinking about this recipe, I decided to put it in anyway. And I didn’t regret it. The apple added more juiciness to the salad and added a very pleasant flavor to it. :)

Well, now let’s chop up the squid and the chicken breasts that have been prepared by this time.

4. Mix our salad, add spices to taste, not forgetting that we will season the salad with mayonnaise. I added some salt, pepper, thyme, parsley and green onions.
