Culinary Etude 05/14/2018

In the summer heat, you really want to cool down with a glass of soft drink. The sparkling non-alcoholic mojito cocktail is perfect for these purposes. Prepared at home from affordable and healthy ingredients, it will perfectly quench your thirst, delight you with taste and lift your spirits. We'll find out the recipe right now!

A non-alcoholic mojito would be appropriate for a summer party. Unlike its alcoholic counterpart, the composition of which is quite strictly regulated, mojito “without degrees” is very variable. After all, he is initially not the same as the real one, so he is allowed a lot.

Today Irina Rybchanskaya, our column host, will tell us about the composition and recipes of non-alcoholic mojito. Let's listen to Irina.

Greetings, dear readers of Irochka Zaitseva’s blog! It’s the first ten days of May, and the thermometer outside my window shows +30°C. How do we quench our thirst on such hot days? , and, of course, a non-alcoholic mojito!

I discovered this wonderful drink quite recently. At first I was attracted by the beautiful name. Then I wanted to know what is included in its composition? Let's begin!

There is no classic composition as such. After all, a real mojito contains rum. Our modest rum cocktail only has a name and some ingredients in common. I will take the liberty of presenting as classic the composition and proportions of the components that I like best.

Ingredients

  • 35 ml lime or lemon juice;
  • pieces of lime or lemon remaining after squeezing the juice;
  • 80-90 g crushed ice;
  • one teaspoon of sugar (preferably brown, but plain white is fine);
  • five to seven leaves of fresh mint (garden, peppermint, spearmint);
  • soda - up to a full glass.

My comments

Often in non-alcoholic mojito recipes you can find sweet carbonated drinks - Sprite and Schweppes. I absolutely do not recommend using them! In addition to the huge amount of sugar, they also contain many harmful chemicals that are not compatible with the concept of a healthy diet.

Sprite contains sodium benzoate, a substance very harmful to the body, sometimes leading to neurodegenerative diseases and cirrhosis of the liver. Sodium benzoate can also accumulate in our body. Schweppes contains an equally harmful substance - quinine, which causes vomiting, hearing impairment, and dizziness in many.

When people ask me how and what to make a non-alcoholic mojito at home, I most often answer: “From plain soda, lime juice, ice, a tiny amount of sugar and mint leaves.”

If you don’t have a siphon for making soda on your household, then make simple soda water: dissolve a quarter teaspoon of soda in a glass of clean water and stir. Pour soda into a glass intended for making non-alcoholic mojitos immediately before drinking.

Non-alcoholic mojito at home - a simple recipe

The simplest recipe with a minimum of ingredients. If you are planning a party, you need to make the required amount of ice in advance, squeeze out the juice from a lime or lemon, prepare soda, and stock up on the right amount of sugar and mint.

Ingredients

  • half a medium lime;
  • 80 - 100 g ice;
  • five fresh mint leaves;
  • top of a mint sprig (optional);
  • one teaspoon of sugar.

How to make at home

  1. Wash the lime thoroughly with warm water and a brush, using regular baking soda, and rinse with very cold water. Cut into small pieces along with the skin.
  2. Wash the mint thoroughly and shake off.
  3. Place lime slices, sugar, and mint leaves at the bottom of a nice wide glass. Grind all ingredients with a wooden pestle or spoon. Do this operation carefully. The aroma and taste of a non-alcoholic mojito depends on this - the more juice and essential oils are released, the tastier and more aromatic the drink will be.
  4. Place crushed ice in a glass. Leave a few ice cubes whole.
  5. Fill the glass with soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime. Serve with a straw. Drink immediately.

Recipe for non-alcoholic mojito with strawberries and basil

Ingredients

  • 120 - 130 g fresh or frozen strawberries;
  • half a lime or lemon;
  • four to five basil leaves;
  • four to five large mint leaves;
  • one teaspoon of sugar or honey to taste;
  • 80 g ice;
  • 120 - 130 ml of soda.

How to cook

Sort the fresh strawberries without removing the stems and wash them very thoroughly.

Knead it. Strawberries can be used both fresh and frozen (Irina’s blog has a detailed article). It doesn't have to be completely defrosted. Enough so that it is suitable for kneading and mixing.

Wash the basil and mint under running water, pick them with your hands, and place them in a wide glass. Grind with a wooden spoon or pestle.

Squeeze the juice from a lime or lemon, place the lemon pieces in a glass with the basil and mint, and grind.

Add sugar or honey and grind again.

Pour about 120 - 130 ml of soda over the strawberries and stir.

Strain the mixture through a sieve.

Put some ice on it.

Pour in the strained liquid and add strawberry, lime or lemon slices. Serve with a straw. Additionally, add a small strawberry scoop to each glass.

My comments

  • I couldn’t find lime anywhere, so I made a mojito with lemon. It turned out great!
  • The taste is very refreshing and delicate. The combination of strawberries and basil, which has long become a classic, “sounds great” here in the company of meadow mint, which grows wildly in my garden.

Non-alcoholic mojito with kiwi

Please watch this great video on how to make a non-alcoholic mojito with kiwi and lime at home.

Non-alcoholic blackcurrant mojito recipe

It always “lives” in my freezer. There is no fresh one yet, but there are a few bags left from last year’s harvest.

Frozen berries can be used to make wonderful vitamin drinks all year round. A non-alcoholic blackcurrant mojito (without a drop of rum) recently delighted our Cuban friend. He took the recipe for a real mojito home and said that he had never drunk a better soft drink in his life.

Ingredients

  • A handful of fresh or frozen black currants;
  • one teaspoon of brown sugar (white sugar, honey);
  • four to five mint leaves;
  • top of a mint sprig for garnish;
  • half a small lime or lemon;
  • 80 g ice (a handful);
  • 120-130 ml of soda or mineral water of low mineralization.

How to do

  1. Wash the mint in cool water, shake off, tear into pieces, and place in a suitable glass.
  2. Squeeze lime or lemon juice there and cut the rest into small pieces.
  3. Add sugar or honey and grind everything thoroughly with a wooden spoon or pestle. The aroma will be stunning!
  4. Place the frozen blackcurrants in a blender bowl, add soda, and process until a liquid mass is obtained. Leave a few beautiful berries whole.
  5. Strain the resulting liquid through a strainer into a separate bowl.
  6. Pour ice into a glass, add whole berries, add liquid, and garnish with a sprig of mint.

My comments

  • Great option! The taste is piercing, rich, very noble. The aroma is beyond praise.
  • Next time, if I can get my hands on an exotic citrus fruit, I’ll try to make a batch of chopped lime and sugar for future use. In this case, instead of sugar, you can add the resulting syrup to your mojito to taste.

Non-alcoholic mojito with red currants and assorted mint

I decided to do a little experiment. In my garden beds there are peppermint, lemon balm, meadow mint and forest mint (oregano, also known as oregano). What if you made a non-alcoholic cocktail using a completely new recipe - with an assortment of all this mint?

Ingredients

  • A handful of fresh or frozen red currants;
  • a handful of a mixture of different varieties of mint;
  • half a lime or lemon;
  • a teaspoon of liquid light honey (or to taste);
  • 80 g ice;
  • 120 - 130 ml of soda.

How to make a non-alcoholic mojito at home

  1. Wash different types of mint and shake off the water.
  2. Grind assorted mint, sugar (honey), lime or lemon juice, and chopped lime pieces directly into a wide glass.
  3. Pour red currants with water in a blender bowl and process until you get a red liquid with grounds. Leave a few berries whole.
  4. Strain the resulting liquid through a sieve into a separate bowl.
  5. Place ice, whole red currants in a glass, add liquid, garnish with a sprig of mint, a slice of lime or lemon. Serve the non-alcoholic mojito immediately!

In the hot weather, you really want to treat yourself to a delicious refreshing drink. An excellent solution would be a non-alcoholic mojito recipe. The classic mojito drink was invented in Cuba. In the 80s of the last century, the drink became famous in the USA, and only after that throughout the world. The drink belongs to the group of long drink cocktails; mojitos are served in large volumes (from 120 ml), adding a lot of ice. Cooling occurs due to the gradual melting of ice. The drink remains pleasant to the taste and cold for a very long time, so it becomes a real salvation on hot days.

Preparing a non-alcoholic mojito at home is not at all difficult, and the process will not take much time; the only difficulty in preparing the drink comes down to the following: it is very important to follow the preparation sequence. All the necessary ingredients can be found in a regular grocery store or supermarket.

Another feature of the drink is the scent of fresh mint. For a richer aroma, it is recommended to use peppermint. The leaves can be ground in a mortar, adding sugar and lime. If you don’t have a mortar, you can grind the ingredients with a spoon directly in the glass in which you will serve the drink.

Fresh mint scented drink

It is preferable to use cane sugar, but if it is difficult to find, regular sugar will do. If sugar cannot be consumed for some reason (for example, if you have diabetes), you can do without it altogether - you will get a drink with a refreshing sourness. Lime is not sold in every store, so if you can’t find it, you can replace it with regular lemon.

The recipe does not suggest a replacement for light rum - non-alcoholic mojitos are prepared with only sparkling water. If you can't find lime or just don't like the taste, you can add Sprite to your cocktail. Then the cocktail is suitable for both children and those for whom alcohol is contraindicated. In addition, there is a mojito recipe based on a chilled Schweppes carbonated drink.

Finding the ingredients is not particularly difficult. Next, we’ll figure out how to make a non-alcoholic mojito cocktail.

Variants of mojito based on sparkling water or Sprite vary in composition. But the following recipe is considered traditional.

For 5 servings of non-alcoholic cocktail you need:

  • 3 limes or lemons;
  • 2 liters of sparkling water without dyes;
  • 70 g mint;
  • sugar or honey of your choice. Honey makes the taste of the drink softer and richer;
  • citrus fruits - if desired, you can use sweeties, oranges or tangerines;
  • crushed ice (optional).

Non-alcoholic cocktail

Rinse mint, citrus fruits and lime well. Cut the limes into thin circles or slices without peeling them. Sort the mint and separate only the good fresh leaves from the stem. Place sugar or honey in a tall carafe, add mint and lime slices. Mix everything well and leave for a while. Then pour in soda or another drink (Sprite, Schwepps), stir until the honey (sugar) is completely dissolved. Then put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours to let the drink infuse.

It is better to serve mojitos in tall glasses with thick walls. You can put a little crushed orange or tangerine pulp on the bottom and add crushed ice. Then pour the cocktail into a glass, garnish with a colored straw, a lime ring or a few mint leaves. The total preparation time for the drink does not exceed 3 hours 30 minutes.

The taste of a non-alcoholic mojito will be slightly different from the taste of a traditional drink with rum. But you can make the drink a little differently, which will most accurately convey the taste of a real cocktail. To do this, you just need to slightly change the cooking sequence.

First, you need to wash the limes and mint and separate the leaves from the stem. Next you need to take a wide bowl, put lime pieces and mint leaves in it, mix well and crush until a paste forms. As a result, the pulp and leaves should turn into mush, but the zest should remain intact. It is better to do this work with a mortar and pestle, but if you don’t have them at hand, an ordinary bowl and spoon will do. This step is very important as the crushed ingredients give a richer flavor.

Lime and mint slurry

Pour honey or sugar into a tall and wide carafe. The quantity can be varied depending on your preferences. It is usually recommended to add 150 to 300 grams of sugar. A drink with a little sugar will be sour. Next, add a small amount of boiled water to the carafe, no more than 50 g. If you used honey instead of sugar, you do not need to add water.

Add the resulting slurry of lime and mint to the carafe and mix well with syrup or honey. Then take the sparkling water out of the refrigerator and pour it into the carafe. Pour the finished cocktail into glasses, garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves. Then there remains the last, most pleasant stage - enjoying the fresh taste of a healthy non-alcoholic mojito. To prepare a drink according to all the rules, you do not need to be a professional bartender - the cocktail can be prepared at home.

Why not make a more original drink, perhaps with the addition of fresh strawberries? At the height of summer, finding this component will not be difficult. And strawberries will give the drink a special piquancy.

For 1 serving:

  • 100 grams of sparkling water, Sprite;
  • 50 grams of boiled water;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sugar (1 tbsp honey);
  • 100 g strawberries;
  • mint;
  • crushed ice;
  • lime;
  • fresh basil (optional)

Cut the lime into quarters and place in a nice glass or thick glass. Separate the mint leaves from the stems, rinse, tear with your hands and place in a glass. Then crush the mint leaves and lime wedges with a spoon or pestle.

Fill the resulting slurry with ice so that the glass is almost full. Then pour in chilled soda or Sprite. Mix all contents carefully with a straw or spoon. You can add whole ice cubes to the glass and add straws.

Glass with strawberry mojito

You can use strawberries to make a mojito. The recipe will be the same as for strawberry, you just need to add strawberries to taste.

To please your loved ones with the unusual taste of the drink, you can prepare a cocktail known as Cherry Mojito - cherry mojito. It will appeal to those who love the bright aroma and taste of cherries. The freshness of lime goes well with the sourness and juiciness of cherries. Why not use this recipe?

First you need to wash the cherries (2 cups) and remove the pits. Combine the juice of 1/4 lime and zest and place in a tall glass or goblet. Add cherries, crushed ice and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly with a straw or spoon, pour in soda. Garnish the finished drink with mint and a slice of lime and can be served. Add whole ice cubes if needed.

Watermelon is considered the most favorite summer treat for many. It perfectly refreshes and quenches thirst, which is simply irreplaceable in the heat. But what if you combine the sweetness and freshness of watermelon with the unique taste of your favorite drink? The result is an original, refreshing cocktail that will be a real salvation in the heat. The recipe is also very simple, and preparation will take no more than 10 minutes.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon. Then cut the watermelon, remove the rinds and seeds and place in a deep bowl. Add honey or cane sugar, a little vanilla sugar or vanillin on the tip of a knife. Grind all ingredients in a blender and pour the resulting cocktail into glasses. You can put the drink in the refrigerator for a while to let it steep, or you can cool it with ice cubes. Pour cold sparkling water, Schweppes or Sprite into glasses. A refreshing summer watermelon mojito is ready. All that remains is to decorate it with slices of fruit or a mint leaf.

Making a refreshing watermelon cocktail

A children's mojito with kiwi will be very good in summer. The name “children’s” only speaks of its safety, but the cocktail will surely appeal to adults as well.

The base of the cocktail is ginger ale. This drink tastes similar to Schweppes, so if you don’t have much time to prepare, you can use Schweppes as a base. But it’s better to prepare the ale yourself - it will consist only of natural products.

First you need to make ginger ale. Cut the ginger root into thin pieces. Heat water (2 cups) in a saucepan, add ginger pieces and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Then remove from the stove and let stand for 0.5-1 hour. When the liquid has cooled, strain it and add sugar. Then cook again until the sugar dissolves. The resulting syrup can be stored in the refrigerator.

Place 1/4 kiwi, 1/3 lime, mint and honey in a glass. All ingredients need to be crushed. Then add ice, top with ginger ale and add soda water.

In the last few years, the Cuban Mojito has been considered one of the most fashionable cocktails. Now you don’t have to go to a bar to enjoy its unique taste. I will talk about the technology for making Mojito at home. Once you learn all the details, you can make this cocktail in your kitchen. We will look at alcoholic and non-alcoholic recipes.

Historical reference. The Mojito cocktail is an improved version of the Drac drink, the recipe for which was invented by the famous pirate F. Drake. Sea robbers infused rum with lime and mint. The resulting drink helped them fight infectious diseases during sea voyages.

In 1942, the Martinez family opened their own bar, La Bodeguita del Medio, in Havana. The main highlight of the establishment was the Mojito cocktail (from Spanish the word mojito translates as “a little wet”), which differed from the pirate recipe in one additional ingredient - soda (soda). The tasty, moderately strong cocktail quickly became popular and spread throughout the world, and the Martinez bar is still operating successfully.

Composition and proportions:

  • lime (at least lemon) – 1 piece;
  • white rum – 30 ml;
  • soda (sprite) – 60 ml;
  • sugar (preferably cane) – 1 tablespoon.
  • fresh mint – 5-6 leaves;
  • ice cubes – 100 grams.
Classic cocktail Mojito

Making Homemade Mojito

1. Cut a lime in half and use your hands to squeeze the juice from one half into a glass. Add sugar.

2. Finely chop the mint and place in a glass with lime juice. Crush the crushed leaves with a wooden mallet or regular spoon. For beauty, you can add a few more whole mint leaves.

3. Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes.

4. Add 30 ml of rum.

5. Fill all the remaining space in the glass with soda (Sprite).

6. Serve with a straw.

Non-alcoholic mojito recipe

Even children can be treated to this drink, as it does not contain alcohol. The recipe itself differs slightly from the classic version; rum is simply not added. The authors of the following video tell you how to make a non-alcoholic mojito, for example, strawberry and lemon.

Non-alcoholic mojito is made without rum

Anyone who likes to diversify their table with soft drinks will surely enjoy the opportunity to make the famous dessert. Mojito lemonade at home is no worse than store-bought, and there are definitely no preservatives or extra sugar, because we decide what to add ourselves. In this article you will find a proven and simple recipe for the famous drink, as well as several interesting secrets of its preparation.

Mojito classic homemade

Ingredients

  • Lime - 1 pc. + -
  • - 1 PC. + -
  • - 2-3 tbsp. + -
  • — 600-800ml + -
  • Fresh mint - bunch + -

How to make a mojito

Let's start with mint:

  • We rinse it thoroughly and let it drain.
  • Blot with a paper towel and remove the leaves. We don’t use cuttings because they are difficult to chop and they don’t produce much juice.
  • Place the mint leaves in a mortar, if you have one, add all the sugar and grind it into a paste with a pestle. If you don’t have a mortar and pestle, we can grind the mint with sugar in a blender or just finely chop the leaves and grind them with a tablespoon.
  • Pour a glass of hot water and set aside. The mint should be infused for at least an hour.
  1. Wash the lemon and lime thoroughly and, cutting into halves, squeeze the juice from each into a separate bowl - we will make the mojito in it.
  2. Strain the mint infusion and pour it into the citrus juice.
  3. Stir and add carbonated, but not mineral, water to the required volume.

It is better to add it in parts to be able to regulate the concentration.

Pour the mojito into a plastic bottle with a stopper and put it in the refrigerator or immediately pour it into glasses filled one third with crushed ice. It is crushed ice that is best suited for a mojito, since ordinary cubes do not so much cool it as dilute it and make the carbonation bubbles almost invisible.

Glasses can be decorated with lime slices and mint leaves.

Secrets of making mojitos at home

  • If at the end of cooking it seems that the drink is unsweetened, dilute a couple of tablespoons of powdered sugar to a sour cream consistency and add. In this form, it will easily dissolve in soda.
  • If, on the contrary, the lemonade lacks sourness, dissolve several granules of citric acid directly in it, but add it just a little at a time so as not to overdo it.
  • For those who don’t want to bother with grinding and brewing mint, we recommend immediately placing it in citrus juice and diluting sugar in it. But it is worth remembering that this way the mint taste will be less pronounced.
  • To obtain a more intense aroma of citrus, lemon and lime, the zest can be brewed separately. To do this, before squeezing the juice out of them, remove it with a potato peeler and pour 2 cups of boiling water.

Place on the fire and cook for 25-30 minutes, then cool and strain. The cake is no longer useful, but we use the decoction for its intended purpose. Combine it with squeezed juice, sugar and mint.

If you are one of those who does not like or cannot drink soda, this preparation option will be especially useful. Without adding sparkling water, the decoction should be made at the rate of 1 lemon and 1 lime zest per liter of plain filtered water.

Finally, we offer you the option of a homemade mojito when time is short and you only need a little drink.

Homemade mojito “for the lazy”

  1. In a blender bowl, combine peeled and cut into slices limes, add 3-4 mint leaves, 2-3 tbsp. sugar, grind everything until smooth - you should get almost puree.
  2. Add 150 ml of boiled water, whisk again and strain. The resulting concentrate is brought to the desired volume to taste with 500 ml of carbonated or regular water.

If you need even less of the drink right now, pour the rest of the mint mixture into ice cube trays and put it in the freezer. These lime cubes will come in handy when guests are already on the doorstep - just throw 2-3 pieces into a glass of soda and you're done!

Now that you know all the secrets of making mojito lemonade at home, all that remains is to try making it and surprise everyone with a healthy and incredibly tasty holiday drink!

Number of servings: 1

Homemade Mojito recipe very simple, you will need: lime, fresh mint, powdered sugar or simple syrup, rum, sparkling water that is not very mineral (there is no need for a salty taste) and crushed ice. White rum works well; with golden rum the taste will be more spicy, but for some this will seem like a plus.

How to make Mojito at home:

First, take a lime and cut it lengthwise into 2 halves. Then cut one of the halves lengthwise into 3-4 slices. Place them in a glass. Now it's mint's turn. Pinch off the top leaves from the branch and set them aside; we will need them later as decoration. Separate the remaining leaves from the stem and place them in the same glass. Pour powdered sugar into a glass. And now all this needs to be thoroughly kneaded so that the lime and mint give juice and the powder dissolves in this juice. As a result, you should get something like a mashed salad, it is important not to overdo it and not turn the components into mush. Bartenders perform this operation with a special pestle - a muddler, but if you don’t have one, you’ll probably have to figure out how to do it. You can read more about what a muddler is and how to replace it in the article about tools for a home bar. Then you need to pour in the rum and mix well. Then ice is added to the glass to 3/4 of its height. Yes, you need a lot of ice and it must be sufficiently crushed. As it melts, it will greatly cool and dilute the drink. The Mojito cocktail is for when it’s hot, remember? Now add sparkling water so that the ice literally floats to the edge of the glass. Now, using a bar spoon or another spoon with a long handle, you need to lift the lime and mint from the bottom of the glass and stir with ice, distributing them throughout the glass. Then we decorate with a slice of lime, hanging it on the edge of the glass, and stick the tip of mint into the ice (remember, we put it aside?). Serve with a couple of straws, since this cocktail is not strained, one may well get clogged. And here you can see the perfect cocktail for a hot summer day.

Now let’s analyze the Mojito recipe at home, by ingredients, and determine how the components affect the taste. Lime gives a sour taste; if you like sourness, add more, and vice versa. In principle, you can use lemon for sourness, but this will be somewhat different - the tastes of fruits are different. But if you so want, then keep in mind that you need much less lemon, since it is more sour. Mint – gives the drink a minty freshness, and the more of it, the more minty the Mojito will be. Mint can be replaced with lemon balm, as a last resort, but the taste will be slightly worse. Powdered sugar - I don’t indicate the exact amount in the recipe because everyone has their own sense of sweetness. You can use sugar syrup as an option. If you are going to make a lot of Mojito cocktails, then I advise you to cook the syrup in advance - it makes preparing the cocktail much faster. This is done in a water bath - the syrup should not boil. Pour a glass of hot water into a container and add sugar, about 400 grams, stirring vigorously. Then, continuing to stir, keep in a water bath for 15-20 minutes so that the syrup becomes thicker. You need to add 20-30 ml of this syrup to the cocktail. Rum – gives spicy notes.

If you want to prepare several Mojito cocktails at home at once, then you need to proceed as described below. Ingredients: lime, mint, powdered sugar, place in a cup of sufficient size so that it is convenient to crush them in this cup. Using a pestle or muddler, pound this mixture thoroughly so that the fruit and mint release juice and the powdered sugar dissolves in it. Add rum at the rate of servings minus 50 grams, set them aside for now. Once again, remember your mixture so that the rum and the resulting syrup are well mixed. Now you need to strain all the moisture from the mixture into a separate glass; this can be done, for example, through a colander. Make sure to squeeze the mixture thoroughly with your hand to extract as much juice as possible. Pour the reserved 50 grams of rum into the cup where you crushed the lime and mint. Rinse it so that the rum dissolves the remaining syrup from the walls of the cup; it is very valuable for this cocktail - it contains all the essential oils that give this cocktail its smell and taste. Pour from the cup into the glass with the rest of the syrup and rum solution. Pour this solution equally into glasses. Then pour the “salad” from a colander into the glasses equally. Well, then proceed as for an individual recipe: add ice, soda, straws, garnish with mint tops and lime wedges.

Mojito recipe at home, for 5 servings:

Lime – 3 pcs.
Mint – ten sprigs or 50 medium-sized leaves.
Powdered sugar – 4-7 tablespoons.
Rum – 250 ml
Sparkling water – 500 -750 ml.

Now let's talk about creativity. It is better not to replace three components: lime, rum and mint in this cocktail; this is a good, stable combination. And if we change this connection, then it will no longer be “Mojito” at all. What can be changed? Syrup and water! See for yourself, if we add strawberry syrup instead of powder or sugar syrup, we will get a new cocktail - “strawberry Mojito”. But you can add liqueur instead of syrup! 😉 The scope for creativity is endless, but I recommend paying attention to berry flavors. What can replace soda in a cocktail? It works well with sprite, for those who like it sweeter, but take into account the dose of syrup in this case so that it is not too sweet. And for those who love the refreshing bitterness of tonic, I recommend bitter lemon.
