Cooking method:

Cut the fillet into eight thin slices, beat them, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Finely chop the champignons. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix with mushrooms and finely chopped herbs and spread on chicken meat. Roll the fillet into a tight roll. Wrap each roll with a slice of bacon. Place the rolls on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, seam side down. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Herring rolls

Ingredients:

  • Herring fillet – 2 pcs.
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1-2 pcs.
  • Butter – 10-15 g.
  • Cream cheese – 25 g.
  • Borodino bread


Cooking method:

Cook carrots, hard-boiled egg. Grate the whites and carrots on a coarse grater. Combine the egg and carrots and season with melted butter. Mix. Then add cream cheese. Mix again. Cover the board with cling film and place the herring fillet on it. Place the carrot and egg mixture on top of the fillet. Cover all this with the second fillet. Wrap the fillet in cling film. Place in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Before serving, unroll the film and cut the rolls into slices. Place on pre-fried circles of Borodino bread.

Pancake bags

Ingredients:

  • Pancakes – 8 pcs.
  • Champignons – 10-15 pcs.
  • Cream – 100 ml.
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Green onions


Cooking method:

We bake pancakes according to any convenient recipe. Clean and chop the champignons, fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Then add cream, salt, pepper, simmer a little. Place the mushroom filling in the middle of the pancake. Fold the pancake into a bag and tie it with a green onion feather.

Salad with chicken fillet and fresh cucumbers

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
  • Cheese – 150 g.
  • Chicken egg – 3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise - 150 g.
  • Greens - 1 bunch
  • Cucumbers - 3-4 pcs.


Cooking method:

Finely chop the fillet and place it on the bottom of the plate. Cut out the middle fresh cucumber, cut into strips, squeeze excess liquid. Place on top of the meat. Coat with mayonnaise. Then grate the boiled whites and cheese on a coarse grater. Coat with mayonnaise again. Grate the yolks on a fine grater. Sprinkle with herbs.

Russian salad

Ingredients:

  • Fresh cabbage – 350 gr.
  • Beetroot – 1 pc.
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – ½ cup
  • Salt, sugar, vinegar to taste


Cooking method:

Finely chop the cabbage. Place in a saucepan, add a little vinegar, water, salt, sugar. Place on the fire, stirring all the time. Grate the boiled beets. Carrots and apples cut into strips. Mix with cabbage, beets and season with sour cream.

Roast "Derevenskoe"

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 500 g.
  • Potatoes – 5 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Cheese – 200 g.
  • Sour cream – 200 g.
  • Garlic – 1 pc.
  • Greens, salt, pepper to taste


Cooking method:

Boil the meat until half cooked, cut into small pieces. Strain the broth. Coarsely chop the carrots, onions and potatoes, finely chop the greens. Place half the vegetables and a peeled clove of garlic into the pot. Next we put all the meat, on top - a layer of vegetables. Salt, pepper, add broth. The pot should be a little more than half full. Cover with a lid and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 30 minutes, take it out, add grated cheese and sprinkle with herbs. Can be served directly in pots. If there is no lid, then the pot can be covered with simple yeast dough. And then use the flatbread as bread.

Squid salad with apples

Peel the squid from the film. Add some salt to boiling water, add a slice of lemon and throw in the squid for 1.5-2 minutes.

They are made simply: grate or chop a bowl of potatoes in a blender. A glass of yogurt or kefir is poured into the resulting mixture, the soda is quenched in vinegar (1/5 teaspoon of soda), a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp are added. spoons of sugar, add flour.

IMPORTANT: It is impossible to say exactly how much flour is needed for pancakes. The consistency of the dough should resemble thick sour cream and be neither thicker nor thinner. Only such dough will fry well.
