Homework: the name and motto of the team, the repetition of articles of the DPR, the repetition of proverbs and sayings.

3 teams of 5 people are formed in the class (captain, speaker, manager, artist, chronograph)

Expert (work with a dictionary), assistants (2 people).

Lesson progress

1. Organizational moment.

Today we have an unusual activity. We will repeat the articles of the convention on the rights of the child that we have been studying for several weeks and will do it in the form of a game. What do you think, what is a declaration and is this word synonymous with the word convention.

And now let's listen to an expert's opinion on what a convention is (definition of a word from a dictionary). And what associations do you have when you hear the word "law"?

To do this, we need a magnet word that will help us understand which words are attracted to the word “law” and which are repelled from it.

The motto of the game: Do not learn to destroy, but learn to build (The motto is encrypted in the form of a rebus).

Throughout the game, we will follow the rules of working in a group. /Attachment 1./

And now it's time to introduce our teams. Each team member has their own responsibilities: captain supervises the work of each team member, speaker informs us about the results of the group's work, manager provides the group with everything necessary for work, painter completes assignments and chronograph records the time for each exercise.

Dramatization of excerpts from fairy tales with subsequent discussion:

1 team (an example of staging an excerpt from “The Tale of the Dead Princess and the Seven Bogatyrs” by A.S. Pushkin)

Queen. My light, mirror, tell me and tell the whole truth: am I sweeter than everyone in the world, all blush and whiter?

Mirror. You are beautiful, no doubt, but the princess is sweeter than all, all blush and whiter ( The queen shudders, jumps up from the bench. He swings and hits the mirror with his hand).

Queen. Oh you vile glass! You're lying to spite me. Admit it: I'm more beautiful than everyone. Go around our whole kingdom, even the whole world: I have no equal. Is not it?

(He looks angrily at the mirror. Music sounds).

Mirror. And the princess is still prettier, still blusher and whiter. (Music stops. The queen throws a mirror under the bench. Stomps her feet. Calls the maid).

Queen. Hey Chernavka! (A girl enters, bowing her head humbly.) Lead the princess into the wilderness of the forest, and tie her up, living under a pine tree there, and leave her to be eaten by wolves! (The girl bows and leaves. The queen rubs her hands happily.)

Leading. So Chernavka went into the forest and brought her so far away that the princess guessed and begged ...

Princess. My life! What, say, guilty? Don't kill me girl! And when I am queen, I will take pity on you.

Leading. She, loving her in her soul, did not kill, did not bind; let go and said...

Chernavka. Do not worry. God be with you, well, I went home.

Quiz progress:

Dear Guys! Do the little citizens of the country have their own rights? Do you know them? Who in the state is obliged to protect the rights of children? We will try to answer these and other questions today.

We are here today to talk about children's rights.

Long and very long ago, back in ancient times, people had the need to defend their rights. The ancient man defended the right by force. The weak had no rights if he did not have an intercessor who wanted to defend his right to property and life.

Not so quickly, people realized that the state can be a strong intercessor. For a long time in the history of mankind, the law “an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth” reigned. But as soon as the state appeared, the weak, deceived and offended had a powerful intercessor.

After the Second World War ended in 1945 - the most cruel and bloody in the history of mankind, when peace came, the peoples of many countries decided: they need to unite. So that disagreements and contradictions force people not to fight, but to enter into negotiations, so that conflicts can be resolved peacefully. It was for this purpose that the United Nations (UN) was created in October 1945. In 1948, the states that are members of the UN signed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights - a document in which they promised each other and their peoples civil rights and freedoms: the equality of all before the law, personal immunity, freedom of conscience, the ability to believe or not believe in God, and much more .

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a necessary and useful document. But it talks about people in general - and not a word about children! But children need special attention, care and protection from the state.

That is why in 1989, on November 20, the UN adopted a special document called the “Convention on the Rights of the Child” ..( presentation(Slide #1)

Convention - an international agreement, as a rule, on some special issue, which is binding on those states that have acceded to it (signed, ratified). (Slide number 2.)

The “Convention on the Rights of the Child” is an international agreement. In it, states commit themselves to respecting the rights of every child. And our country also signed this document, which means that it promised the whole world to take care of its little citizens. (Slide No. 3)

What article of the Convention on the Rights of the Child would be violated if this happened today? (Article No. 31 recognizing the right of the child to rest and leisure, the right to participate in games and recreational activities appropriate to his age, and freely participate in cultural life and the arts)

Does a boy like Tom Sawyer have the right to be friends with a boy like Huckleberry Finn? (In the time of Mark Twain, such friendship was a flagrant violation of public morality, but now the Convention recognizes the child's right to freedom of association and freedom of peaceful assembly) (Slide No. 4).

Is Mowgli, who lives in the forest with wild animals, a child with equal rights? (According to the Convention, every human being under the age of 18 is a child.)

Mowgli can't speak human language. He can only make inarticulate, from the point of view of people, sounds. Do the people who caught him in the forest have the right to lock him in a cage and treat him like an animal? (Mowgli, who does not know the human language and human norms of behavior, can be recognized as inferior. But, according to the Convention, every child, even a disabled child, must lead a full and dignified life in conditions that ensure his dignity. Cage and ill-treatment degrade dignity, therefore, they are unacceptable). (Slide number 5)

The guardian of the world-famous Harry Poterra intercepts and reads letters addressed to the boy. Which article of the Convention is he violating? (Art. 16. It states: “No child shall be subject to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his or her rights to privacy, family life, home, secret correspondence, etc.)

Baba Yaga takes her brother Ivanushka away from her sister Alyonushka for far away lands to the farthest kingdom. (Article 11 of the Convention provides for the adoption of measures to combat the illegal movement and non-return of children from abroad.) (Slide number 6.)

Questions of the third round.

Try to reason the situation

(using the Convention on the Rights of the Child)

Situation #1.

Mom - How many times do I have to tell you - after 11 pm you have to send your guests home! Your horrible music is getting on everyone's nerves!!!

Son - But, mom !!! You still don't sleep. Also, do I have the right to freedom of association and freedom of peaceful assembly?

What does a mother need to know in order to correctly answer the question posed by her naughty son?

- The article of the Convention, which affirms the right of the child to freedom of association and peaceful assembly, also has a second paragraph, which provides for certain restrictions. In this case, the behavior of the son infringes on the rights and freedoms of other persons living in this apartment, and is a violation of the order. (Slide No. 7.)

Situation #2.

Student - Marya Ivanovna! I won't go to your history again. Why do I need it if I'll be the driver? Yes, and you yourself do not know history, you often get confused, your lessons are uninteresting. Let us find another teacher, smarter ...

Teacher - How dare you, Ivanov, talk to me like that?

Student - I dare, Marya Ivanovna! I have the right to freely formulate my views on all matters that concern me. And your teaching concerns me, because I suffered from it yesterday - you know how they punished me for your deuce ... They were not allowed to go to the cinema. So listen - you are a bad teacher, inept ...

The law in this situation is on the side of Marya Ivanovna. And what can not be allowed, declaring their rights? - To hurt the reputation of other people. (Art. 13). (Slide number 8.)

Situation #3.

Student Sidorov broke a window at school. This was seen by his classmates and reported to his class teacher.

Teacher - Sidorov, oh you scoundrel!!! You broke the window! Now you won't get away from me!

Sidorov - And what about Sidorov! Just a little - so immediately Sidorov! Have you seen it yourself?

Teacher - And I don’t even need to see ... The whole class will confirm. Let's go to the director!

Sidorov - And you first prove it, and then we'll go to the director ... But you also turn out to be guilty, because you violated the respect for my personality and the presumption of innocence - the main guarantees of International Law !!! (Slide number 9).

Explain the situation.

In Art. 28 of the Convention states that school discipline must be maintained through methods that reflect respect for the human dignity of the child. As for the presumption of innocence, it is mentioned only in connection with violations of the criminal law (Article 40), which has nothing to do with this particular fact. There is a pure accident, which can somehow be associated with a violation of school discipline, in the event that the window was broken intentionally.

Situation number 4.

Mom - Son, I'm leaving, clean up, wash the dishes after you, go to the store.

Son - Mom, I have a test tomorrow ...

Mom - Yes, you will solve your problems! You can't leave a mess in the house...

Son - I am protected by the Convention on the Rights of the Child from doing any work that interferes with my education.

(Slide number 10)

Explain the situation.

Self-service cannot be an obstacle to getting an education. Article 32 is not about domestic work, but about economic exploitation, employment and working conditions of children.

At the end of the game, the results are summed up, the winners are awarded:
