Persea should not be stored in the refrigerator. At low temperatures, the fruits begin to rot.

Peeling an avocado is a fairly simple task.

To do this, you should follow a certain cleaning algorithm in the following sequence:

  1. Cut the fruit along the circumference, reaching the pit.
