How to cook quick pizza in a frying pan

First, knead the dough. Measure out the required amount of sour cream and mayonnaise and mix them together. We scoop the ingredients into a spoon without a slide.


Next, break the eggs into a bowl. Add some salt to the dough. In principle, for sausage filling you don’t need to add salt to the dough at all; the saltiness of the filling will be quite enough. But since I also did mushroom filling(and canned champignons are practically unsalted), then I salted the dough a little.


Stir the mixture with a whisk until smooth.


And pour the sifted flour and baking powder into it.


Knead a homogeneous dough. The consistency is a little thicker than the sour cream used for kneading.


Next, before baking the pizza, prepare the filling. Since our pizza is quick, we grind the toppings in the way that is most convenient and quick for you. I cut half the tomato and sausage into cubes, and grated the cheese on a coarse grater.


For the second filling option, I opened a jar of champignons and olives. Drained the liquid. I left the champignons as is, because they were already cut. I cut the olives into rings. I also cut the remaining half of the tomato into cubes, and grated the cheese on a coarse grater.


Now you can proceed directly to forming the pizza. Pour some oil into the frying pan and heat it up. Then remove from the stove and pour in the dough so that it is distributed in an even thin layer across the bottom of the pan.


We coat the dough with ketchup; it is very convenient to do this with a silicone brush.


And lay out the filling: sausage, tomatoes, sprinkle cheese on top.
