When you receive a Basic card at a salon, the first purchase (for which the card was issued) counts toward your savings, but no discount is provided on it. The discount on the card only starts with the next purchase.

Birthday discount. Owners of any Card denomination receive an additional +5% discount, which is valid throughout calendar month, which marks the birthday of a regular customer (for example, if the birthday is April 6, then the discount is provided from April 1 to April 30). The discount can be obtained in all stores of the network (except for the online store), for this you must present an identity card and a Customer Card.

An additional privilege for holders of Silver and Gold Cards, as well as Mom Cards - the warranty period for the purchase of shoes or bags has been increased to 60 days.

Cards with a nominal value of 5% and 10% are not personal and can be transferred for temporary use to other persons. Cards with a nominal value of 15% and 20% cannot be transferred to third parties; purchases with them can only be made in the presence of the card owner.

VALIDITY OF CARDS IN THE ONLINE STORE

In order for the Card to be valid in the online store, it must be linked to a profile*. To do this, register on the site (or log in if you have a profile), go to the “Customer Card” tab in your personal account and indicate the Card number, place of receipt (network store or online store), as well as the data that you left when upon receipt - first name, last name and telephone number. All fields are required. After sending a request to link a card, you will receive an SMS with a confirmation code, which you will need to enter in the field that appears. The card will be linked to your profile and will begin to appear in your personal account. When placing an order, the discount on the card will be taken into account, and the purchase amounts will be automatically credited to the balance of your Card within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order to you.

Accordingly, when exchanging a Basic card for a Classic card, only RUB 5,000 is transferred. The base card is blocked and returned to the salon.

Mama Card provides a 20% discount. This map is not cumulative. If mother of many children before receiving the Mom's Card, she was already the owner of an EKONIKA Card (5%, 10%, 15%), when issuing the Mom's Card, the existing card is exchanged after filling out the questionnaire, and the amount of savings is not transferred.

Student card provides a 10% discount. If before receiving the Student Card you were the owner of 5% of the EKONIKA Card, when issuing the Student Card the card is exchanged after filling out the application form, and the amount of savings is not transferred.

HOW TO RESTORE THE CARD?

  1. Cards of all levels are subject to restoration, provided that all personal data are indicated in the application for Card restoration and the specified personal data in the application matches the personal data left when receiving the Card;
  2. In order to restore the Card, the buyer must:
    • write an application for restoration at any EKONIKA shoe salon;
    • in the application, indicate the personal data (full name, address, telephone number) of the buyer in whose name the Card was received;
    • if the buyer’s personal data is found in the database, the Card is restored, the buyer is informed about this by the salon manager;
    • If the personal data of the buyer in whose name the Card was received is not in the database, the Card will not be restored.
  3. The amount of savings from the lost Card is transferred to the new Card. Old map it is blocked.
