  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce;
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce;
  • 1 tablespoon honey;
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar;
  • 1 bunch of green onions;
  • toasted sesame seeds.

Preparation

Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place dumplings in one layer. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Add water to the pan, covering the dumplings by ⅓, and simmer covered for 5-8 minutes.

Place a clean frying pan over medium heat and heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Fry broccoli, bell pepper slices and julienned carrots for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Add minced garlic and ginger and cook for 1 more minute.

Pour in sesame oil, sriracha and soy sauces, honey and rice vinegar. Bring to a boil and let the sauce thicken slightly. Add dumplings and mix well with vegetables.

Before serving, garnish the dish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

Break the eggs into a large bowl and add the chopped feta and grated cheddar. Season with ground pepper and oregano.

Heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add half the spinach and stir until it wilts. Add the remaining greens and repeat the process.

On a half-meter piece of parchment greased with olive oil, place 4 layers of phyllo dough with a slight overlap. Lubricate them with a little oil. Knead them a little and level them so that they almost cover the paper. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Lay out 3 layers in this way.

Season everything with ground garlic, salt and pepper and place in the oven for 15–20 minutes. Halfway through cooking, the contents of the pan will need to be stirred.

Transfer the vegetables to the pan with the capellini and add the Parmesan and ½ cup of the pasta water. Place over low heat and stir vigorously until a sauce forms. If necessary, add a little more water.

  3. Place the entire dish on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees. We bake for an hour and a half, sometimes it takes a little longer.
  4. Periodically you need to stir the potatoes and pour the released fat over the chicken.

Homemade boiled pork with garlic

For preparation you need:

  • pork pulp – 1 kg;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 8-10 cloves;
  • flour - for breading;
  • rock salt – 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar – 1 teaspoon;
  • pepper - by eye;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

Cooking method:

  1. We choose a large, whole piece of pork without fat or layers.
  2. Using a sharp thin knife or knitting needle, we pierce a thin hole along the entire piece of meat, which we fill with peeled garlic cloves and carrot rings.
  3. Rub the outside of the stuffed balyk with garlic, salt, pepper and sugar squeezed out through a press.
  4. To preserve the meat juice, roll the balyk in flour and fry for several minutes in a hot frying pan with sunflower oil.
  5. Then we transfer the dish to a baking sheet; if you wish, you can place any vegetables next to it.
  6. Bake the meat dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

From fish

To be young and healthy, you need to eat foods containing a lot of fatty acids once every five days. Even if you have never made such fish, try whipping up tender pike (or hake) meat in tomato for your family. A quick appetizer - peppers stuffed with tuna - will be an unexpectedly tasty surprise for guests who suddenly drop by your home.

Fish in tomato sauce

Ingredients:

  • fish (pike, hake) – 1.5 kg;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • tomato juice – 1.5 cups;
  • seasoning for fish - to taste;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • flour – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • bay leaf - 2-3 leaves;
  • allspice black pepper – 5-6 peas;
  • Sunflower oil - for frying.

Cooking method:

  1. We clean the fish, cut off the head, tail and fins. We put what we cut off into a separate pan, pour 1.5 cups of water, add bay leaf and pepper, and salt. Cook like broth for 20 minutes.
  2. Divide the remaining fish carcass into pieces, sprinkle with seasoning, salt and pepper. Let it sit for half an hour.
  3. Prepare tomato sauce for fish dish. Finely grate the carrots. Chop the onion and bell pepper with a knife.
  4. Stew vegetables in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. When finished, add flour, tomato juice, and salt.
  5. In another frying pan, fry the fish.
  6. Next, put onion rings and bay leaves on the bottom of the saucepan in the first layer, fried fish in the second layer, and tomato sauce in the third layer. Fill everything with the broth prepared earlier. Bring to a boil, simmer the dish for 20-30 minutes, reducing the heat.

Pepper stuffed with tuna

For preparation you need:

  • canned pepper – 10-12 pcs.;
  • tuna (canned) – 300g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • egg – 3 pcs.;
  • olive oil;
  • mayonnaise -2-3 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. We peel the boiled eggs and cut them into squares. Open the jar of fish and drain the oil.
  2. Finely chop the onion into cubes.
  3. Mix the onions, eggs, tuna well, add mayonnaise and salt.
