My story will be about one of the largest universities in Nizhny Novgorod - UNN named after. Lobachevsky.
I knew that I would enter the main university of the city from high school, and didn’t prepare anywhere else. The competition for my philological department was not huge, but still there was competition for both full-time and evening departments. At the freshmen meeting, we were greeted as “the city’s humanitarian elite” and told in detail about the history of the department.
