2. Chop the garlic, onion and parsley and add to the seasonings.

3. Slowly pour beer into the bowl while stirring.

4. Place the chicken in a bag, preferably with a zipper, and pour the marinade over it.

5. Shake the bag well so that all the chicken is covered with the mixture. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
