Robert Le Serre and his wife were vacationing off the coast of Stonehaven Bay, near Hook Island, Queensland. His wife noticed an unusual large object underwater and they took some photographs. According to the couple's descriptions, the object resembled a giant tadpole, approximately 2.5 meters long. The object didn't move, and the pair thought the tadpole might be dead, so they moved closer. Then the creature began to move, and they ran away, and the unknown object floated away.
When Jim Templeton took photographs of his wife and daughter on a sunny day in Cumbria, England, in the summer of 1964, little did he know that it would spark much debate among UFO conspiracy theorists.

Sir Goddard's Squadron (1919)
