At the same time, cut the butter from the refrigerator into pieces and fold them into a pyramid shape. Carefully remove the glass from the hot water and cover the oil with it. When the glass has cooled, remove it. The oil will reach the required consistency.

Sift wheat flour into the resulting mixture. During the sifting process, add baking powder to the flour. Mix the ingredients again.
