Instead of introducing

All the time while this book was being prepared for publication, one thought did not leave me, a thorn in my brain: whether I did the right thing by giving an anatomical and physiological outline of the biliary system at the beginning of the book. After all, it is quite obvious that this material is far from the author’s. You can find it without much difficulty in any textbook. And my merit consists, perhaps, only in the fact that, having conscientiously worked through five or six medical manuals and anatomical atlases, I prepared, in essence, a good abstract. I believe that a sophisticated Russian reader, after the publication of millions of copies of G. P. Malakhov’s books, will hardly be surprised by something like this.
And if we consider the question that tormented me in this way, then, probably, it would be better to completely remove the information on the structure and functioning of the shadow, coupled with the gall bladder, presented as an independent section from the book.
On the other hand, the following option is possible: let’s say a person picked up my book with the hope of thoroughly understanding all the vicissitudes of physiological cleansing of the liver and gall bladder from toxins. Well, he hasn’t read Malakhov yet, but he’s already pretty much forgotten the physiology and anatomy that he may have once studied at school. Bot this chapter will come in handy.
Therefore, in the end, I decided that the essay should still be left in the book, but placed only as an optional source in the Appendix, which would be the most appropriate place for it. In my defense, I only want to advise those who have comprehensive knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the biliary system not to look at Appendix number one. For those who are not competent enough in this matter, I recommend, for the sake of curiosity, to run at least diagonally through the somewhat boring, but quite informative and necessary material for understanding the mechanism of cleansing the liver and gallbladder.

ANALYSIS

"classic" liver cleansing

and gallbladder

What are the luminaries silent about?

Nowadays, bookstores have a fairly wide selection of literature on cleansing the body of toxins, and in particular on cleansing the liver. Why is another publication on this topic needed? What did the luminaries forget to mention? Here's what it's about. The “guides to action” offered to readers, for all their advantages, have, in my opinion, one significant drawback - they do not take into account, even in the most general terms, the most typical abnormalities in the body caused by the presence of chronic diseases. I'm not even talking about the need to take into account age-related changes and the physiological characteristics of women.
We are all very different, what helps one will not always help another, and will simply harm another. Therefore, when offering one or another healing technique, it is necessary to indicate in which cases it is applicable and in which it is not. I will probably not be mistaken if I say that health-improving methods, like medicines, have their own purposes and their contraindications, especially when it comes to cleansing procedures - the most complex biochemical and physiological effects on both the “contaminated”, diseased organ individually and on the entire body as a whole.
In this case, the indication for the use of cleansing the liver and gall bladder according to N. Walker, P. M. Kurenny, Yu. A. Andreev, G. P. Malakhov, B. V. Bolotov and other authors, in addition to the main disease - cholelithiasis - is insufficient secretory function of the stomach in the form of hypocidal gastritis, characterized by low acidity of gastric juice, or anacid gastritis, characterized by a complete absence of free hydrochloric acid in gastric juice. But, unfortunately, there is not a word about this in the methods, just as there is not a word about the fact that contraindications to their use are diabetes mellitus, hyperacid gastritis, in which the acidity of gastric juice is increased compared to the norm, peptic ulcer stomach and duodenum, cholecystitis, pancreatitis and a number of other chronic diseases of the digestive system.
In order not to be unfounded, I will give in full the most well-known method of liver cleansing in our country, which Yuri Andreevich Andreev gives in his excellent book “Three Pillars of Health” * (* For convenience of reference, cleansing the liver and gallbladder, which Yu. A. Andreev gives in “The three pillars of health”, I called “classic”.,) and then, using the example of its detailed analysis, I will show the main points that you need to pay special attention to when choosing an individual cleaning option

"Classic" cleaning

liver and gallbladder

"On the first evening you do a cleansing enema, it is better if you take it twice. The next day in the morning you do a cleansing enema again, and then throughout the day you eat only apple juice. If you want to drink, drink apple juice. Important note: this apple juice The juice you will have is not purchased, not canned in factories, containing various kinds of chemical additives, but pressed with your own hands from apples, for which you have a guarantee of their pristine purity.
The next day - the same regime. Enema in the morning, joyful consumption of apple juice throughout the day. If a person has some imbalance of acidity in the stomach, then it is better to juice sweet apples. I repeat: you are drinking apple juice, not eating apple pulp.
The third day of the diet: in the morning again an enema and until nineteen o'clock - apple juice. Nineteen hours is not a random factor. This is the moment when, according to all ancient recipes, the liver channels open (local time).
What should you have prepared by this time? The sofa on which you will lie, a large heating pad with hot water, which you tie to the liver with a long towel, and place a small towel under the heating pad. You will already have a glass ready, on which you will pre-mark with a line the volume of three tablespoons of olive oil, and you will heat this olive oil to about thirty-five degrees. Exactly at nineteen o'clock you take the first portion of olive oil - three tablespoons and wash it down with one tablespoon of lemon juice. This will continue until you drink all the oil completely, and with the last dose of this oil you will also drink all the remaining lemon juice completely. After that, lying all the time on your right side, on a hot heating pad that warms up your liver, every fifteen minutes - down to the second exactly - you take the following dose: oil plus lemon juice. After that, you lie and wait for what will happen to you. It should also be said that you must prepare the pot in advance to see what amazing things will come out of you... And after some time, maybe in an hour, maybe in two, maybe in eight or nine hours (and one of my friends and in twenty-one hours!) - the ducts of the liver will begin to open, and it will begin to vigorously expel from itself all that monstrous mudflow that will fall into the pot. What will be outside? Bilirubin stones may pass, sometimes even larger than the joint of the thumb. Black bile will come out, yellow cholesterol flakes will fly out. It’s great if mucus in the form of films is found in the pot, this means that you were already physically prepared for cancer and thanks to this rejection, the half-suffocated organs will be reborn energetically.
Most likely, the overthrow of internal dirt will occur within an hour, one and a half, two hours after completing the “oil plus juice” intake. After this, before going to bed, take a cleansing enema to help the insides expel these toxins completely. In the morning, take the enema again, and you will again be amazed at how much crap has accumulated in you. After this, eat a light porridge and go about your normal life.

Special Note:

Such a procedure should not be undertaken alone! There must be a close, friendly person next to you. Why? Yes, because this is at least a small, but a kind of operation, during which you may experience attacks of lightheadedness or heart weakness. Therefore, you should have ammonia at the ready, maybe a fan, maybe even Corvalol. You shouldn’t be particularly afraid of anything, because after an attack of weakness you will feel good again and sleep like an innocent child" * (Yu. A. Andreev. Three pillars of health. St. Petersburg: Interprint, 1991.)

Structure of the “classic” liver and gallbladder cleansing

“Classical” cleansing of the liver and gall bladder, as is easy to see, consists of three independent

Rice. /. Liver, duodenum and pancreas (excretory duct open
7 - falciform ligament of the liver; 2 - left lobe of the liver; , 3 - right lobe of the liver; 4 - coronary ligament; 5 - right triangular ligament; 6 - left triangular ligament; 7 - gallbladder; 8 - cystic duct; 9 - common hepatic duct; 10 - common bile duct; 11 - pancreas; 12 - head of the pancreas; 13 - tail of the pancreas; g 14 - pancreatic duct;
15 - upper part of the duodenum;
16 - descending part of the duodenum.
stages: preparatory, main and final, united by a common goal - to return the diseased organ to its original purity and restore full functioning or, in other words, health. Each of the designated stages differs from the other in specific goals and specific tasks. But the most significant difference between the stages of cleansing is the position that wastes, or stones, occupy inside the body during different periods of cleansing. Thus, throughout the preparatory period, stones are located in the liver and gall bladder. During the main period, waste is removed from the liver and gallbladder into the lumen of the duodenum. At the third, final, stage of cleansing, the stones must be removed from the intestines.
This is, in general terms, the structure of the “classical” liver and gallbladder cleansing. Now let’s move on to a specific consideration and detailed analysis of each of its stages.

Analysis of the preparatory period

"classical" liver and gallbladder cleansing

The preparatory stage of the “classical” cleansing of the liver and gallbladder lasts three days, during which you are supposed to eat only freshly prepared apple juice and take cleansing enemas twice a day, morning and evening.
The purpose of this period is to prepare the gastrointestinal tract for effective cleansing, that is, for the clear and unhindered implementation of the second and third stages.
To achieve this goal, it is necessary, in my opinion, to solve the following main tasks:
*- firstly, you need to relieve tension from the liver and gallbladder;
*- secondly, relaxation (relaxation) should be achieved in all parts of the gastrointestinal tract, otherwise, with a spasmodic stomach or small intestine, neither the gall bladder nor the bile ducts of the liver will open;
* and thirdly, it is very important to prepare the intestines in such a way that the evacuation of toxins occurs as quickly as possible, in order to avoid their re-absorption and self-poisoning of the body.
I am absolutely sure that only a very small part of patients can solve these problems by switching to eating apple juice. I already mentioned them in the first chapter. These are patients with anacid or hypocidal gastritis. Tension in the gastrointestinal tract occurs due to insufficiency or complete absence of hydrochloric acid. When switching to a total diet of apple juice, a lot of organic acids enter the stomach, increasing the overall acidity of the gastric juice. And in this case, this is good, because at a certain level of acidity in the stomach of such patients, an internal factor, or Castle factor, begins to develop, which is responsible for many physiological processes occurring in our body, in particular for the absorption of vitamins B12 and the hemoglobin content in red blood cells. When the acidity of gastric juice decreases, the internal factor decreases, and with zero acidity it is completely absent, which leads to vitamin deficiency, a drop in the level of hemoglobin in the blood, a weakening of the body’s vitality, as well as a tense state of the gastrointestinal tract. That is why doctors recommend that such patients drink hydrochloric acid or natural juices before meals.
The intestines rest for three days, and what’s more, they help them empty themselves with enemas. I repeat once again: this technique may be ideal, but only for people with low and zero acidity and, of course, provided that they do not suffer from diabetes. For diabetics, especially insulin-dependent ones, such a diet will very soon lead to a sharp drop in blood sugar levels and can result in a hypoglycemic coma for them.
A completely opposite effect from eating apple juice will occur if the secretory function of the stomach is increased and the acidity of the gastric juice is increased, as happens with hyperacid gastritis.
Apple juice, drunk on an empty stomach, irritates the inflamed mucous membrane of the stomach, which is followed by an immediate reaction of abundant secretion of gastric juice with a high content of hydrochloric acid and one of the enzymes - pepsin, which promotes the digestion of meat and other protein products. And since there are no such in the stomach, the stomach begins to digest itself. It literally chokes on the excess of its own very acidic juice and becomes even more inflamed. As a result, a stomach spasm occurs, which in turn causes a characteristic pain syndrome. And this ends the “joyful consumption” of apple juice. But if you are a persistent person and decide to drink the cup to the bottom, then undoubtedly you should prepare for the next course of events. With each sip of apple juice, the already excessive acidity of gastric juice will increase over time, and the health event should inevitably end in an attack of acute gastritis.
That is why for patients with gastritis with increased secretion, prolonged exposure of free acid to the mucous membrane of an empty stomach is extremely undesirable. In such cases, eating 5-6 times a day is quite justified.
With peptic ulcers of the stomach and duodenum, eating apple juice causes approximately the same picture, only the consequences can be much more serious, including bleeding and perforation of the ulcer.
Clinical observations indicate that patients with peptic ulcer disease have a very difficult time tolerating long intervals between meals. They develop weakness, a feeling of exhaustion, heartburn, nausea, and often experience pain in the epigastric region. The intervals between meals should not exceed 3-3.5 hours. The nutrition of patients with peptic ulcer should be limited to a mechanically and chemically gentle diet, so as not to “spur” additional secretion of hydrochloric acid. The patient needs a fairly large amount of protein, and in particular meat, which is an excellent antacid, i.e., a means of reducing acidity. So in this case, there can be no talk of any apple juice on an empty stomach, much less apple juice as the only food product for several days.
Next in the series of diseases of the digestive system are cholecystitis - inflammatory diseases of the gallbladder. They can be non-calculous (calculous) and calculous, when the inflammatory process in the gallbladder is combined with the formation of gallstones. Calculous cholecystitis is also called cholelithiasis, but the latter may not be accompanied by an inflammatory process in the gallbladder. The development of cholecystitis is promoted by stagnation of bile in the gallbladder. The main reasons for this stagnation are unsystematic nutrition, rare and heavy meals, spicy, salty and smoked foods and, of course, alcohol.
Dietary nutrition for cholecystitis is even more important than for chronic gastritis and peptic ulcers. Lipotropic - fat-absorbing products are needed: cottage cheese and oatmeal. It is desirable to maximize the amount of vegetable fats up to 50%, whereas with normal nutrition the ratio of vegetable and animal fats is 1:4. For cholecystitis, 5-6 meals a day are necessary. Eating cold food and drinks should be avoided. We can say with complete confidence that the fate of a patient with chronic cholecystitis is entirely in his hands, since in most cases, exacerbation of cholecystitis is an error in diet.
On the opposite side of the liver and gallbladder is the pancreas, which secretes pancreatic juice into the lumen of the duodenum, which is involved in the process of intestinal digestion (see Fig. 1). It has been established that there are very close functional relationships between the pancreas, stomach, duodenum and liver, united into a single system. Therefore, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, chronic gastritis, duodenitis, cholecystitis can cause chronic pancreatitis - inflammation of the pancreas. Treatment and prevention of pancreatitis also requires adherence to a diet that should contain beef, chicken, fish, cottage cheese. Food is given warm.
Next in this sad series of diseases of the digestive organs are enterocolitis, inflammatory diseases of the large and small intestines. Diseases associated with damage to the small intestine are called enteritis, and inflammation of the large intestine is called colitis. There are many, many causes of intestinal diseases. These are microbial lesions, protozoan infection, helminth infestation (infection with worms), dysbacteriosis (serious disruption of the intestinal microbial landscape) and those multiple cases of enterocolitis that occur when the overlying digestive organs are damaged. And again, one of the most important methods of treating enterocolitis is a diet, which should contain an increased amount of proteins and a sufficient amount of vitamins. Depending on the etiology (main causes) of the disease, certain products should be introduced into the diet of patients with enterocolitis. So, if there is insufficient bowel movement, foods that stimulate peristalsis are additionally recommended - beets, carrots, plums. To suppress the putrefaction of the flora, it is recommended to take fermented milk products. To reduce the fermentation process, it is recommended to limit the intake of carbohydrates, whole milk, easily fermented foods, etc. But in any case, the frequency of meals for enterocolitis should be at least 4-5 times a day.
Thus, we can conclude with reasonable confidence that in many cases of chronic diseases of the digestive system, the transition to a total diet of apple juice at the preparatory stage of cleansing the liver and gallbladder can cause an exacerbation of existing diseases. The resulting inflammatory phenomena will not allow the task to be solved and will thereby negate the possibility of successful cleaning.
Cleansing enemas, which, in accordance with the method of “classical” cleansing of the liver and gallbladder, must be done twice a day for three days, can also in many cases worsen the condition of the gastrointestinal tract.
The main inconvenience, in my opinion, is that in three days you need to process 16 kg of apples into fresh juice, I simply do not consider it necessary to discuss, since much more can be endured, as long as there is a result.

Main period analysis
"classic" cleaningliver and gallbladder

The main period of cleansing, during which gallstones change their geographical position, forever parting with their habitual, or rather, established places, is the most difficult, most responsible and far from safe stage of the “classical” cleansing of the gallbladder liver. For its successful implementation, it is necessary, first of all, to create conditions for powerful choleretic and peristaltic effects, since only in this way is it possible to produce the most complete and deep extraction of stones, which may include fairly large stones, from the gallbladder and bile ducts of the liver. Therefore, the statement that you shouldn’t be particularly afraid of anything, because after a bout of weakness you will feel good again and sleep like an “innocent child,” is perceived by me as overly optimistic. It is possible to have even a very “fun” night with a severe attack of cholelithiasis, an emergency call, urgent hospitalization and cholecystectomy - removal of the gallbladder, if some very large stone or coral-shaped stone gets stuck in the bile duct.
Take a look at fig. 2, where options for only one type of gallstones (cholesterol) are presented, and you yourself can assess the possibility of such a development of events.

Rice. 2. The main types of structures of cholesterol gallstones.
1 - faceted; 2 - granular;
3 - layered; 4 - amorphous-layered; 5 - spliced;
6 - slag-like; 7 - spinous; 8 - cactus-like.

Therefore, continuing further analysis of the main period of the “classical” cleansing of the liver and gall bladder, I consider it my first duty to note and highlight the point that before starting the cleansing, you should first of all do the necessary diagnostic studies of the liver and gall bladder in order to have an idea of the quality, the number and nature of your stones, which over many years of poor nutrition could take on a variety of shapes and sizes. Without this information, making the decision to cleanse is extremely foolhardy.
And yet, is it possible in practice to somehow reduce the likelihood that a large stone that moves during tubage will cause blockage of the bile ducts and disruption of the outflow of bile? I think it's possible. But, in order to increase the safety and reliability of removing large gallstones into the light of day, it is necessary to replace the sluggish tubage, built on the sequential intake of small portions of a choleretic agent over one and a half to two hours, with a powerful shock tube, due to the simultaneous intake of a large one; amount of a powerful choleretic agent. A detailed description of the tubage technique will be given in the third part.
This tactical solution will allow for a volley cleansing of the gallbladder - instant and painless. Painless because it is instant; because pain occurs not when a stone, even a large one, rapidly sweeps through the biliary communications, but only when even a small stone, even bile sand, moving barely, irritates the mucous membrane of the biliary tract. It is precisely this slow movement of stones along the bile ducts that causes a stable and long-term spastic contraction of their smooth muscles, which, in essence, is the cause of acute paroxysmal pain. With a volley release of bile, caused by a one-time intake of a large amount of a powerful choleretic agent (which is olive oil) in combination with a drug that increases the peristaltic - motor activity of the smooth muscles of the biliary tract (which is lemon juice), a spasm of the smooth muscles simply does not have time to occur and thus develop more, because due to the rapid release of bile along with waste, everything happens very, very quickly.
It should also be added to the above that the conditions of impact tubing are a serious prerequisite for the successful extraction of gallstones deeply embedded in the branched passages of the liver.
Further, in the process of analyzing the main period of the “classical” cleansing, I would like to talk about one more of its conditions, which also seems quite controversial - the time chosen for removing toxins. “Nineteen hours is not a random factor. This is the moment when, according to all ancient recipes, the liver channels open.” There is no basis for such a categorical statement, if only because, according to traditional Chinese and ancient Indian beliefs, the gallbladder channels open, i.e., have a period of maximum activity, from 11 pm to 1 am, and the liver channels from 1 am to 3 am nights.
Surprisingly, G.P. Malakhov, in his first book from the “Healing Powers” series, giving the author’s method of cleansing the liver, also recommends starting tubage at 19:00. It’s surprising because in the same book, a few pages earlier, he literally writes the following: “...according to Chinese acupuncturists, the function of the liver and gall bladder is strongest from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. This is the biological rhythm of the liver and gall bladder.” . And in his second book “Biosynthesis and Bioenergetics” in §4 “Explanation of a number of features associated with the energy of the body” Gennady Petrovich gives convincing graphic examples of the activity of channels and associated internal organs, which clearly shows that the liver channel* is open from 0 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 15 minutes at night during the summer solstice and from 1 hour 30 minutes to 3 hours 00 minutes during the winter solstice.
In fact, regardless of the seasonal solstice, the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the liver, the largest gland in our body, are such that it functions 24 hours a day, continuously producing a secretion - bile. In this regard, the liver ducts are not constantly open, and the secretion through them is sent to the gallbladder, which actually opens only at certain hours, namely after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Which is completely unrelated to the schedule of daily circulation of bioenergy in our body, much less to the periods of solstices.
Even in the “classical” cleaning method, I don’t understand why, when heating the oil, we don’t heat the juice? After all, the juice is taken almost simultaneously with the oil. This means that when it comes into contact with cold juice, the temperature of the oil will decrease and the process of emulsification of heated olive oil with lemon juice at room temperature will occur much more slowly than with heated juice.
* According to the French meridional system it is designated F.
Why do we heat olive oil to 35 °C, and not to our body temperature - 36.6 °C, a value that is so close and understandable to everyone? What physical or symbolic meaning lies behind the very specific temperature value of 35 °C?
I'm also not entirely sure how the olive oil should be kept at the same temperature for the two hours it's taken (three tablespoons every 15 minutes).
The schedule of taking olive oil plus lemon juice every “fifteen minutes - down to the second” is difficult to achieve precisely due to such high precision requirements. Consequently, the requirement for precision will cause some nervousness - it would seem completely unnecessary when carrying out the cleansing procedure.
Of course, it is very correct that there should be a loved one nearby, ready to come to our aid in case of attacks of lightheadedness and heart weakness. It also seems to me necessary, before starting the tubing - a small, but still an operation - to conduct, even in general terms, a self-assessment of the state of one’s own body. There is no doubt that in the process of tubing, periodic elementary self-control is also necessary.
Another controversial statement seems to me to be that “maybe in eight to nine hours... and in twenty-one hours (!) - the liver ducts will begin to open.”
The liver ducts, or rather the bile ducts, cannot open eight to nine hours after finishing taking a choleretic drug, much less after twenty-one hours! They will open within two to three hours or not at all, since during this time the choleretic agent - olive oil, which is essentially the key to the gates of the liver, thanks to the powerful peristaltic effect created by lemon juice, will move from the duodenum to the lower parts of the small intestine, where its choleretic effect is unlikely to manifest itself.
In conclusion, I want to say that this option of fractional intake of olive oil and lemon juice is designed for the same patients with low acidity, since in the case of high acidity, prolonged exposure of citrus juice to the inflamed gastric mucosa will lead to spasms of the pyloric part of the stomach and will significantly worsen the cleaning conditions, reducing its effectiveness.

Final stage analysis"classic" cleaningliver and gallbladder

The goal of the final stage of “classical” liver cleansing is to minimize the possibility of reabsorption of toxins and self-poisoning of the body. The longer toxins are in the intestines, the stronger the autointoxication, so it is necessary to cleanse the intestines of them as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
Perhaps “the eruption of internal dirt” (into a pre-prepared pot) “will occur an hour, an hour and a half, two after the completion of taking the oil plus juice,” but only in patients who have zero or greatly reduced acidity of gastric juice. There is such a dependence: the lower the acidity, the faster the food moves through the small intestine, and in the case of anacid gastritis, doctors say that it “flies in transit.” The likelihood of such an event is not so high, since it is determined by the frequency of occurrence of gastritis of the above etiology. Statistics say that the percentage of patients with anacid gastritis against the background of the general picture of diseases of the digestive system does not exceed 10%.
It is in this case that cleansing enemas, both evening and morning, work effectively, but in many other cases they are unlikely to help get rid of the dirt expelled by the liver and gall bladder as quickly. Because enemas effectively cleanse only the large intestine, while after leaving the liver and gallbladder, toxins are in the small intestine and move towards the large intestine very slowly, and in other cases they can even get stuck there. They cannot be delayed, because the most intense absorption processes occur in the small intestine.
Therefore, one of the main tasks of the third stage is to create conditions for the rapid evacuation of toxins from the small intestine to the large intestine, from where they are quite simply removed using a cleansing enema.
The solution to this problem is not provided in the “classical” cleansing due to the fact, and this has to be stated once again, that the “classical” liver cleansing is designed only for a certain narrow circle of patients with low and zero acidity of gastric juice.
The experience of many cleansings carried out using this method shows that it is finally possible to get rid of the toxins expelled by the liver and gall bladder during the tubage process only with subsequent bowel movements.
This concludes my impartial analysis of the most cited cleansing of the liver and gallbladder at home in the health literature*. (* I came across the latest publication of the “classical” purge while leafing through the first volume of the recently published five-volume book on valeology under the general editorship of Academician V.P. Petlenko.)

Juices. You can even use canned juices; according to some doctors, it doesn’t really matter. Shchadilov believes that the fruits we bought are not ripe, but ripe. Somewhere in hot countries they were picked green, then, so that they would travel well, they were subjected to special chemical treatment and sent to us. Ripe fruits are prepared for preservation. Preservatives used for making juices will not interfere with cleaning.

The amount of juice depends primarily on the acidity of your gastric juice.

At zero acidity, 350 ml of juice will be required; when low - 300 ml of juice; for normal – 150 ml of juice; with elevated levels - 60-70 ml of juice.

The amount of olive oil can be determined by the formula:

Oil volume - 300 + 4 x K (where K is the person’s weight in kg).

If the weight is 75 kg, then you need 300 + 4 x 75 = 300 + 300 = 600 g.

It is better to perform tubage on a day off. On the day of the tubing, you should not take honey. It is necessary to choose a place where the tubing will take place. Making sure that it is not cold, prepare a blanket and warm socks. Place a table nearby, on which there should be: a container with juice, a container with divisions (for example, a baby bottle), a clock with a second hand, a first aid kit (Corvalol, ammonia). It is better that someone close to you or someone you trust is nearby to provide assistance if necessary. Monitoring can be done using a pulse every 15 minutes.

Check your pulse before drinking juice. After taking heated oil and using heating pads, the pulse may increase by 10-20 beats. If the pulse increases by more than 20 beats, you need to take medicine. In case of prolonged tachycardia or significant deterioration in health, the procedure must be stopped.

Warming up the liver

Place two hot water heating pads on the front and back of the liver and tie them with a bandage. Place towels under the heating pads. Keep them for an hour.

For people with zero acidity of gastric juice: 40 minutes after the liver begins to warm up, drink 100 ml of juice at room temperature in small sips (250 ml remains). For those with low acidity: 50 minutes after the liver starts warming up, drink 100 ml of juice at room temperature in small sips (230 ml remains). For those with normal and high acidity: do not drink the juice yet. 10 minutes before the end of the liver warming up, heat the olive oil and juice to 40 °C. When heating, they need to be stirred slightly.

Warning. You cannot measure the temperature of oil and juice with a regular mercury thermometer. You need to use a thermometer to measure the temperature of the water in the bath.

Taking olive oil and juice

For people with zero and low acidity: drink as much olive oil as you can and wash it down with a few sips of warm juice. If it is difficult to drink it all at once, take a break and try again, and so on until you drink all the oil. For those with high acidity: take the oil in the same way. as in the previous version. But it is better to take less juice. You need to drink it to suppress nausea, taking small sips, and before swallowing, “smear” it throughout your mouth with your tongue. Then even a small amount of juice will be sufficient. You can refuse juice altogether, then keep a slice of lemon in your mouth. For those with normal acidity: everything is the same, but no more than 50 ml of juice. Then change the water in the heating pads and tie them back on. If necessary, go to the toilet. Then lie on your right side, put a pillow under your head. Bend your legs at the knees and tighten your stomach, try to make the position comfortable.

Lie down for 15 minutes, then, without getting up, drink 15 ml of juice.

Using a heating pad

The heating pad is filled with hot water to 2/3 of its volume. Carefully squeeze out the air and screw the plug tightly. Turn it upside down to check for leaks. Before use, the heating pad should be wrapped in a towel.

Contraindications. Abdominal pain of unknown origin, acute appendicitis; acute cholecystitis; acute pancreatitis; malignant tumor; external and internal bleeding.

Bibliography

I moved forward

looking at those

whom he was going towards.

Sergey Dovlatov. CRAFT About the author and his book The author of the book you are holding in your hands, Evgeniy Vladimirovich Shchadilov, is a naturally gifted healer and powerful bioenergeticist. Nevertheless, in his practice he uses not only unconventional methods of treatment and correction of the human biofield, but also purely medical methods of healing that he has perfected.

Many years of work in the field of chemistry and natural sciences, medical education, knowledge of folk and oriental medicine allowed the author to develop his original complex methods of cleansing the body of toxins, which differ significantly from the methods proposed by P. Bragg, G. Shelton, N. Walker, Yu. Andreev, G. P. Malakhov, N. A. Semenova and a number of other authors.

The appearance in recent years of a large number of guidelines for improving health through self-cleansing of the body and toxins, designed, paradoxically, mainly for practically healthy people, has led to serious health problems, especially among people suffering from chronic diseases.

E.V. Shchadilov, in his book, puts at the forefront an individual approach to a person, based on cause-and-effect relationships in the development of pathological conditions of the gastrointestinal tract and, in particular, diseases of the liver and gallbladder system.

E.V. Shchadilov pays special attention to the state of the secretory function of the stomach as the main link in the mechanism of operation of the entire gastrointestinal tract. To successfully solve the problem of cleansing the liver and gallbladder of toxins, the author considers normalization of the acidity of gastric juice and relieving spasms of the excretory sections of the gastrointestinal tract to be a necessary condition. Therefore, the book focuses on the need to identify the nature of acidity (hyperacidity, hypoacidity and anacidity) of the gastric eye.

At the stage of preparation for cleansing, the author also recommends diet therapy, therapeutic exercises, physiotherapy and herbal medicine, which together make it possible to normalize bile secretion and the activity of the gastrointestinal tract, improve the functional state of the cardiovascular system and strengthen the patient’s body, and ultimately achieve the most effective cleansing.

An extremely important feature of the author’s method is that before starting cleansing, the author strongly recommends instrumental (X-ray, ultrasound, etc.) and laboratory tests to clarify the nature of the disease, the presence of stones, etc. It is also necessary to identify diseases of other body systems in which cleansing is contraindicated .

As for the cleansing of the liver and gallbladder itself, it is necessary to note the gentle nature of the process, the thoroughness of its development, the thoughtfulness of each stage of implementation, the ease of execution and the effectiveness of the result.

Knowing Evgeniy Vladimirovich, I can say that on the path to health he went through numerous illnesses, which prompted him to develop his own system of human health, which organically included methods of gentle cleansing of the liver and gallbladder of the large intestine, kidneys, blood, blood vessels, etc., eaten from personal experience.

The mass passion for public sessions of healers, healers, and psychics, which has become widespread recently, as a rule does not lead to a cure, but often worsens the condition, especially in seriously ill people. Such cases forced A. M. Kashpirovsky, the strongest psychic and healer of our time, to abandon public appearances.

Only an individual approach to a person and his disease can serve as the key to successful treatment. In this sense, the complex method of healing and cleansing developed by E.V. Shchadilov can undoubtedly be recommended to a wide range of people who care about their health, as well as to therapists who use complex methods of treating patients with gastrointestinal diseases, kidney and blood diseases.

Doctor of Dilogical Sciences M.P. Moroz Instead of an introduction All the time while this book was being prepared for publication, one thought did not leave me, a splinter in my brain: was I doing the right thing by giving an anatomical and physiological outline of the biliary system at the beginning of the book.

PART ANALYSIS of the “classical” cleansing of the liver and gallbladder What are the luminaries silent about? Nowadays, bookstores have a fairly wide selection of literature on cleansing the body of toxins, and in particular on cleansing the liver. Why is another publication on this topic needed? What did the luminaries forget to mention? Here's what it's about. The “guides to action” offered to readers, for all their advantages, have, in my opinion, one significant drawback: they do not take into account, even in the most general terms, the most typical abnormalities in the body caused by the presence of chronic diseases. I'm not even talking about the need to take into account age-related changes and the physiological characteristics of women.

We are all very different, what helps one will not always help another, and will simply harm another. Therefore, when offering one or another healing technique, it is necessary to indicate in which cases it is applicable and in which it is not. I will probably not be mistaken if I say that health-improving techniques, like medicines, have their own purposes and their contraindications, especially when it comes to cleansing procedures with complex biochemical and physiological effects on both the “contaminated”, diseased organ individually and the entire the body as a whole.

In this case, the indication for the use of liver and gallbladder cleansing according to N. Walker, P. M. Kurenny, Yu. A. Andreev, G. P. Malakhov, B. V. Bolotov and other authors, in addition to the main disease of cholelithiasis, is insufficient secretory stomach function in the form of hypocidal gastritis, characterized by low acidity of gastric juice, or anacid gastritis, characterized by a complete absence of free hydrochloric acid in gastric juice.

Soft cleansing, which was also proposed by E. Shchadilov, is designed for preliminary thorough preparation for cleaning. It includes several points.

The first of these concerns nutrition. E. Shchadilov points out that when preparing for purification, preference should be given to plant foods and separate nutrition. It is necessary to increase the proportion of yellow products: dried apricots, vegetable oil, persimmons, nuts, lemons, millet, honey, cheese, dried bread (rye, “Zdorovye”, “Doctorsky”, “Voskresensky” and other varieties with bran). All of these recommendations make a lot of sense. The value of the products offered is undeniable not only for the large intestine, liver, and genitourinary system, but also for the entire body.

Thus, the ancient healers Hippocrates and Avicenna preferred walnuts, rightly believing that nuts are useful for indigestion, and that their use strengthens the “dominant organs” - the brain, heart, liver. However, an excessive passion for nuts is not welcome; it is enough to eat 5-6 nuts in the evening; it is useful to combine them with greens. In folk medicine, millet is valued as a product that gives strength and strengthens the body, and dried apricots (like fresh apricots) are famous for their high content of potassium, organic acids, vitamins, carotene, phosphorus, calcium, and iron. It is important that apricots improve liver function. It is not without reason that Shchadilov recommends eating bread made from rye flour with bran. For those who have no time, a pharmacy will help, where you can purchase ready-made choleretic preparations.

Another tip: it’s better to brew tea in the evening in a thermos.

After drinking herbal tea, it’s time for a little physical warm-up: do exercises, self-massage, and then take a shower.

30 minutes after charging, drink 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and more is not prohibited. An hour later comes the turn of a freshly prepared salad: carrots, apples, cabbage are grated on a fine grater, seasoned with lemon juice or vegetable oil.

And after another hour they eat freshly cooked porridge in water (buckwheat is best, but you can use millet, corn or wheat porridge). Porridge is good to cook with vegetables or fruits.

Lunch will be vegetarian soup. This phrase is unfamiliar to many. Therefore, recipes for such soups are given: Bean soup

Soak the beans in cold water for 4 - 5 hours, then drain the water. Cook beans in fresh water until soft. Add potatoes and chopped carrots, parsley, and onions heated in melted butter. When the vegetables are cooked, you can add a little tomato paste or tomato juice.

Pumpkin soup

Chop the peeled pumpkin and carrots, place them in boiling, slightly salted water and cook until soft over low heat (several minutes). Rub the pumpkin and carrots through a sieve, add water, or you can also add tomato paste, but this is not necessary. Serve with butter and rye bread croutons.

The best option for dinner is fermented milk products (cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt, kefir, cheese), for those who are not friendly with them - vinaigrette.

And finally, before going to bed, drink raisin water, choleretic tea with honey; massage the ring toes of both feet, rubbing them with “Star” balm, and eat 2 cloves of garlic.

You should go to bed with a heating pad on your liver.

This diet and regimen is followed for 3 days, and on the fourth day they eat only green apples. On the fifth day - freshly prepared apple juice. And on the sixth day - “hungry” - you should completely abstain from food, only raisin water and choleretic tea with honey are allowed.

The second point described by E. Shchadilov concerns the preparation of the large intestine, and here enemas are indispensable, which should be used daily, preferably in the morning (since the channel of the large intestine is most active from 5 to 7 o’clock), but it is also possible at other times.

The first enema is small - 500 - 700 milliliters of warm boiled water. Pour into the enema either clean water, or a decoction of beets, or urine diluted in half with water.

To administer an enema, take the following position: lie on your right side, left leg bent, right leg extended. Then lie on your back (body enema) and perform circular movements with your hand on the stomach, decreasing in diameter towards the navel. After this - in the opposite direction, increasing the diameter of movement from the navel.

Having completed the week's preparation, which itself is an excellent cleanse, you can begin the traditional cleansing of the liver, gall bladder, genitourinary system with olive oil and lemon juice, which will be much easier, since good preparation for it has been carried out.

If a person does not dare to do traditional cleaning, then he only carries out the proposed preparation several times with breaks of 1 - 2 weeks - this will already be enough, says E. Shchadilov.

Cleansing the liver with olive oil and lemon juice according to E. Shchadilov

To cleanse, you can use freshly prepared lemon or grapefruit juice, but purchased ones will also work. E. Shchadilov believes that it is even better to use them, since juices are usually produced in the homeland of fruit growth, collecting the ripest fruits for this purpose. Preservatives used for making juices will not interfere with cleaning. As for the fruits displayed on the shelves, they were most likely picked unripe somewhere in hot countries, subjected to special chemical treatment and sent to our country.

E. Shchadilov advises dedicating a day off to tuba and remembering that you cannot take honey on the day of it.

The first step in this cleanse is to warm the liver for 40 to 60 minutes. At this stage there are some limitations that should be mentioned. If the patient is bothered by abdominal pain of unknown origin, if there have been attacks of acute appendicitis, acute cholecystitis, acute pancreatitis in the past, then the heating pad will have to be put in the back of the compartment inexpensively until better times. The same needs to be done if external

Cleansing the colon, liver, bile ducts in one day

Modern man, as we know, suffers from a catastrophic lack of time.

And yet, if you devote at least one day to your health, the results will be simply stunning. We offer another accessible method of cleansing (according to E. Shchadilov).

For a week before this day, you should eat plant-based and low-fat foods, but not juices alone. At this time, be sure to eat carrots. On the last day before cleansing, you need to exclude beets, introduce prunes and dried apricots into your diet, and stock up on a laxative, such as magnesia, at the pharmacy.

There are several non-standard aspects in Doctor Shchadilov’s cleaning method. Thus, it is known that the maximum liver function occurs from 1 to 3 a.m., and the minimum from 1 to 3 p.m. When carrying out a classical cleansing, the procedure begins closer to the time of maximum liver function. Shchadilov suggests carrying out cleansing at a minimum of liver activity - closer to 13 hours.

At 8 o'clock in the morning the cleansing begins, which means that rising later is not recommended. At 11.30 you should prepare the salad: chop the cabbage, grate the carrots, apples and beets. At 12.00 two heating pads are attached to the body: one on the liver, the other on the back opposite the liver. By 12.30 you need to heat 200 - 300 grams of olive oil so that it does not burn your lips. In addition, slightly heat 100 grams of lemon juice, making sure that the oil is not warm and the lemon juice is cold. At 13.00 there is a crucial moment - in several doses you will have to drink all the olive oil and wash it down with slightly warmed lemon juice.

Then you need to lie down, bending your knees slightly and placing your head as low as possible. It is advisable to place two bottles of hot water, wrapped in a scarf, at your feet to avoid getting burned.

After this, at 14.00 you can begin further manipulations, and more specifically, eat the prepared salad. At 15.00, take a laxative, after which it works, give an enema. Lie down for another 2 - 3 hours. Then wait for another bowel movement, after which you need to give an enema.

Classic cleansing of the intestines, liver, bile ducts according to G. Malakhov

Good cleansing results can also be achieved using classic cleansing. It is better to plan it before the full moon - the 10th - 13th days of the lunar cycle. It is not recommended to cleanse after hard work or long fasts. You need to rest for 3-5 days and gain strength. This is still an invasion of the liver, and it needs strength for such excessive stress.

After waking up, drink a glass of juice and change the “heavy” breakfast to a lighter one. Lunch should also be light, and you should try to resist the temptation to catch up on breakfast.

In the evening, heat the oil and citric acid solution to 30 -. 35 °C. The dose should be selected according to your own weight and body tolerance to oil. As practice has shown, for men and women weighing up to 60 - 65 kilograms, as well as people with individual tolerance. For the first liver cleansing, 150 - 200 milliliters of oil is enough, this amount will avoid vomiting. In subsequent cleanings, you can increase the dose to 300 milliliters, or you can leave it the same, and this will be enough.

If after some time vomiting nevertheless occurred and some mucous inclusions (green, black and similar colors) were found in the vomit, this indicates that the oil and juice had an effect on the gastrointestinal tract, clearing it of the pathological ones present there. inclusions. In some patients, this picture occurs during the first cleansing. The second can be done with less juice and oil, and in the third this amount can be slightly increased.

If nausea occurs, wait until these unpleasant sensations disappear. Do not stop the procedure under any circumstances. But if the nausea does not go away, limit yourself to the amount you drink. You don't have to remove the heating pad.

You need to relax while cleaning. As a rule, no pain is felt during cleansing with oil and lemon juice. In some cases, when there is a strong emptying of the gastrointestinal tract, expulsion, there is a feeling as if the liver is “breathing”. If for some reason fear, anxiety and nervousness associated with waiting arise, and the person feels “squeezed”, constrained, take 2 tablets of no-shpa. The cleansing will be fine.

After all the oil and juice have been drunk (the amount of oil and juice drunk ranges from 100 to 300 milliliters), you can perform a number of activities that will enhance the effect. Approximately 1 - 1.5 hours after taking the ingredients, you should sit in a comfortable position (preferably on your heels), plug your left nostril with cotton wool and breathe through the right.

Breathe for 15 - 30 minutes, rest for 1 hour and repeat. During rest periods, place a magnetic applicator or a simple magnet on the liver area. Magnetic therapy is an important factor that enhances capillary blood circulation.

From approximately 23 to 3 o'clock in the morning (sometimes in the morning), when the biorhythm of the liver and gall bladder is maximum, the eruption of stones and sewage begins, which is expressed in weakening. But if the time has come, and nothing “criminal” comes out, don’t worry. The first cleansing is the most difficult; the body expends a lot of energy. It happens that for the first time a lot of old bile, mold, whitish threads come out, but there are almost no stones. This does not mean that the cleansing was unsuccessful. Everything is normal, it’s just that the liver is very clogged, and only the second and all subsequent times the stones will begin to come out.

Usually in the morning it weakens again, and even more stones and fuel oil-like bile may come out. Additionally, you need to do a cleansing enema. Rest a little and you can eat. It is advisable that the first meal consist of 0.5 liters of juice (carrot; beetroot-apple 1:5). The juice will additionally flush the liver.

You should start eating after cleansing when you have an appetite. For starters, it’s good to drink freshly squeezed carrot or apple juice mixed with beetroot. It is advisable to use apples for juice with a sour taste, which harmonize well with beet juice.

After the juice, you can eat a salad of fresh herbs with lemon juice, cranberries, and seaweed. Then porridge, boiled in water, with the addition of a small amount of oil and seaweed. Self-massage of the abdominal muscles. Do it along the intestines (clockwise). The main task is to massage the muscle groups of the abdominal wall. Deep penetration of the massaging hand into the internal organs of the abdominal cavity is contraindicated. Perform in the following positions:

Sitting on the couch, resting your feet on the floor, slightly bent at the knee joints;

Lying on your back with your knees bent; at the same time, the abdominal muscles should be as relaxed as possible. The following methods are used:

Stroking with fingertips, palms; - rubbing the abdominal muscles with the pads of the fingers in a circular manner, with the phalanges of bent fingers (comb-shaped technique);

Kneading the rectus abdominis muscles from top to bottom, which, when massaged, are grasped with your fingertips and slightly pulled upward. The oblique abdominal muscles are kneaded in the direction from the iliac crest upward to the ribs.

In the morning on an empty stomach, before performing a complex of physical therapy, and in the afternoon before meals, after emptying the intestines and bladder, it is advisable to perform self-massage. Each technique is repeated 36 times. The total duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes.

A person is closely connected with the world around him, and this peculiar psychochemical connection allows him to adapt to the destructive influences of the external environment.
When a person's reserve of adaptive forces is exhausted, illness occurs.
However, what we call health and disease are just two sides of the same coin, since the same substances, the same forces, the same social interactions can simultaneously bring health and disease. It is necessary to take into account the individual ability to respond to relevant influences. For each type of human organism, for each individual, this is its own characteristic reaction. There cannot be an average standard for determining health; there cannot be an average patient. Health and illness are relative standards of adaptation and survival.
The conditions of modern life - irrational nutrition with environmentally unsound products, systematic social stress, environmental disasters - lead to the breakdown of the body’s usual functioning system, to the emergence of
a number of pathological conditions, one of which is cholelithiasis, the number of patients with which is increasing annually.
Recently, the craze for self-cleansing of internal organs can only be compared with the craze for Bragg fasting, which occurred in the mid-80s. These cleanses, carried out according to a number of guidelines issued by various publishers, often lead to complications, since, oddly enough, they are designed for practically healthy people, without taking into account possible diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular system, age-related changes, physiological stress on the female body. And these recommendations come from authors who do not have a medical education.
The approach to the treatment of any disease must be strictly individual and balanced; only one specific person can be treated, and not a group of people, as is now fashionable in various cases of mass healing sessions. But precautionary, preventive hygienic medicine allows adaptation to entire groups of the population, and nevertheless, although rational advice on cleaning can be generalized, they must be carried out strictly individually.
In this book, E.V. Shchadilov, a healer with a medical background, offers advice on intestinal cleansing, taking into account various diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
It so happened that chance brought me together with Evgeniy Vladimirovich when I was in an extreme degree of exhaustion of physical and spiritual strength. His amazing talent as a healer and parapsychologist helped me cope with the impending oblivion and return to an active work and social life. With his own approach to I was introduced to colon cleansing at his lectures on healing.
In the past, E.V. Shchadilov was a scientist who devoted most of his life to research in the field of chemistry; unexpectedly for himself, he became interested in traditional medicine, which led him to the path of healing. He improved many unconventional methods of influencing the body, which were used at different times in folk medicine in Russia and the East.
A powerful bio-energeticist and psychic, he realized that only medical education, only modern medical knowledge allows a healer to communicate with patients and give them advice.
The methods he proposed are distinguished by their thoughtfulness, balance and manufacturability. A gifted and kind man, he is, in my opinion, a good mentor for people who turn to him for help.
E.V. Shchadilov, who came to his own health through serious illnesses with which he coped, has something to tell. And, apparently, we will get to know many more of his books.

PART I Introduction to the theory of cleansing the human body of toxins

Third way

Have you ever thought about why illness comes to us and why we suddenly become seriously ill and for a long time?
It seems to me that, if we exclude accidents, infectious and hereditary diseases, one of the main causes of ill health is the accumulation of toxins in our mortal bodies.
Entering our body with food, water and air, harmful substances are partially neutralized and removed from it, but most of them remain, poisoning and polluting us.
Over the years, there are more and more toxins, and the process of their accumulation accelerates, especially if we “decorate” our lives with small, pleasant weaknesses like gluttony, addiction to tobacco or physical inactivity with its daily culmination on our favorite sofa. And this collection is crowned with coffee, tea and alcohol. Behind each of these habits there really is something important: hard creative work, a friendly conversation in a cozy cafe, and finally just relaxation! But rest, work, and friends will also delight us without these harmful dummies.
There is something infinitely annoying in our childish stubbornness with which we hold on to these attributes of reliable everyday life. How can one not remember the untimely death of Dovlatov, who in a letter to a friend innocently boasted that he had learned to smoke in the shower!
And yet, nature is kind and tolerant to us, because as waste accumulates in our body, compensatory mechanisms are activated, consisting in the fact that part of the functions of the tissues and organs most affected by pollution is compensated (compensated) at the expense of less polluted organs and tissues. This allows us for some time to seemingly not notice that not everything is fine inside us. But then there comes a moment when the amount of toxins is so great that the body is no longer able to compensate for their harmful effects by redistributing functions between internal organs, and at this moment a malfunction occurs in the most contaminated organ or any of the systems of our body, where this slagged organ enters. In the generally accepted sense of the word, this condition can already be considered the beginning of the disease. Although, if we are absolutely consistent when analyzing the history of the disease, i.e. everything that preceded the disease, we can say with all responsibility that the disease began when we first took the path of total slagging of our body.
And yet, what are the possible ways out of this situation?
The simplest thing that comes to mind is: go to the doctor and let him treat us. After all, he gets paid for this. The good doctor will prescribe a medicine that will activate the reserve, that is, compensatory capabilities of our body, and for some time we will forget about the problems that suddenly arise. Continuing to move along the same path, we will continue, with a light soul, to allow ourselves everything that we like so much and to which, contrary to common sense, we have accustomed ourselves over many years of a disorderly life, with a naive belief that that if something happens the doctor will help.
But since the causes of the disease were not eliminated, and the treatment of the disease was carried out symptomatically, that is, aimed primarily at eliminating the main symptoms of the disease, and not the disease itself, everything “returns to normal” and after some time a malfunction in the body occurs again , but with greater force. Then the doctor prescribes us a stronger medicine and introduces a number of restrictions: what else is possible and what is no longer allowed. And so on... with the only difference that every time the medicine becomes stronger, the restrictions become more and more, and health becomes less and less. I think it’s not at all difficult to guess where this road leads.
But another way is possible. Following the example of the great American naturopath Paul S. Bragg, dedicate your entire life to continuous wellness. And then,
In order to prevent the penetration of harmful substances from the environment into our bodies, we should move to a permanent place of residence in an ecologically clean corner of the globe, somewhere in New Zealand, where we can eat only environmentally friendly products, exclusively fresh and compatible, and drink spring or, at worst, distilled water. This prospect is breathtaking! To be honest, I myself would not mind living like this, when life is work, and work is life, despite the fact that the payment for this is, again, a long and painless life. But you can only take this road and walk it from beginning to end if you initially have the material capabilities of Paul S. Bragg, which he received from birth.
This sad circumstance makes for most of us the path of continuous recovery in an environmentally friendly external environment, to put it mildly, more hypothetical than real. In addition, the historical experience of our country shows that, due to the circumstances that have developed over centuries, we, Russians, have to find our own way in almost everything, relying solely on common sense.
It is perhaps impossible to cite a single successful example of a purely mechanical transfer of someone else’s, even the most perfect, ideas and solutions to our Russian soil. As a rule, this did not end well.
Although it is bitter to admit, most of us will have to live in environmentally unfavorable conditions for a long time.
pleasant conditions, consume far from the best quality products and work very hard and hard to feed their children and somehow make ends meet. There is no time for honeydew melons, avocados, papaya and pineapples, which the great naturopath recommends eating either “by themselves for a meal or as an addition as a dessert to other foods.”
And yet, we also have the opportunity to live a relatively long time without getting sick. At the same time, it is not at all necessary to completely abandon those “small” weaknesses that we allow ourselves and without which our life, although perhaps it will become a model of order, will seem to many to be very boring and even unbearable.. The path that is proposed in this The book is a path of regular-occasional cleansing of the body from toxins. By relying on it, we will be able to maintain the relative internal cleanliness of our body without a lot of time, effort and money, despite the general absolute pollution of the external environment around us.
Of course, physiological cleansing alone cannot save your health, since they themselves do not eliminate the causes that lead to the accumulation of toxins in the body and the emergence of various kinds of diseases on this basis. However, properly carried out, even if not often, but regularly (once or twice a year) cleansing procedures will help us get rid of the heavy and sometimes simply unbearable burden of dealing with internal autointoxication, caused by the failure to remove toxins from our body. Life
shows that very often this alone is quite enough for us to get a “second wind” and for the self-healing program inherent in us from birth to work.

What are "body waste"?

In the explanatory dictionary of the Russian language, S.I. Ozhegov, defining slag, indicates that it is a solid residue formed after the smelting of metal from ore, as well as from the combustion of coal, i.e. in this case it is a by-product of the production process, ballast , which needs to be gotten rid of.
The phrase “body waste”, which has already become common in popular health literature, sounds much more emotional and is interpreted as “internal dirt”, “mucus”, “scale”, “fecal debris”, “formations hard as stone”, “dark, rag-like rags", "harmful toxins", "various harmful substances", "abominations and uncleanness that defile the temple of our body."
In this regard, I would like to note that the expression “body waste” is not at all scientific and rooted in official medicine. The most appropriate concept in the medical literature is the term “calculi”.
According to the definition from the encyclopedic dictionary of medical terms, a calculus is a dense, often stony structure, pathological formation, usually loosely located in a hollow organ or excretory duct of the gland and arising mainly due to the precipitation of salts. According to their origin, shape, composition and location, many types of concretions can be distinguished: amorphous, bacterial, proteinaceous, inflammatory, fungal, bile, fecal, intestinal, colloidal crystalline, coral, medicinal, metabolic, pancreatic, pigmentary, renal, X-ray negative and many, many others.
Thus, amorphous stones consist of an amorphous substance and, as a rule, have a layered structure when cut, while crystalloid stones, consisting of salt crystals, have a radial structure when cut. The core of bacterial stones consists of a mass of bacterial bodies, the core of protein stones is made of blood clots, fibrin and pus, while cystine stones consist primarily of the amino acid cystine. Kidney stones are formed in the kidneys, and liver stones - in the liver and gall bladder, while both of them, in turn, are divided into several groups according to their chemical composition. Cholesterol compounds mainly consist of cholesterol, and medicinal substances are formed as a result of crystallization of medicinal substances that are not excreted from the body. Coral-shaped stones filling the renal pelvis resemble coral in appearance, while faceted stones resemble the cut of an orange in their structure and, due to their close fit to other stones, have flat surfaces. Radiopaque stones are those that are visible on an X-ray, and X-ray negative stones are those that, accordingly, are not visible on it. Etc.
However, despite the fact that in its essence the expression “body waste” cannot be fully identified with the concept of concretions, in my opinion, it would be wrong to consider it only a vulgarism in our colloquial everyday vocabulary. Most likely, the term “slags” in the context of health literature is a neologism in the sense that an old common word is given a new semantic and emotional meaning.
While it goes without saying that “body waste” should be understood as “internal dirt”, and “cholesterol plaques”, and “toxins”, and “various harmful substances”, and salt deposits in the joints and spine, and excess mucus, and all kinds of types of stones: fecal, liver, gallstones and bladder stones, differing both in shape and chemical composition. And much, much more that is included in the concept of “concretions”, and what is associated with
us with "dirt and impurity that defile the temple of our body."
The substances from which waste is formed in our body can be of both endogenous (external) and exogenous (internal) origin, i.e. formed in the body itself due to some internal reasons. They are intermediate products of metabolism - metabolism in the body. Due to certain circumstances, these intermediate metabolites fell out of the complex process of redox reactions that determine normal metabolism in the body, and as a result of the transition to a state insoluble under normal conditions, they were not able to be excreted.
Slag-forming substances of exogenous origin, i.e. introduced into the body from the outside, include all harmful and toxic substances that pollute the environment around a person and enter his internal environment through the skin, mucous membranes, respiratory and digestive organs. They can be in the air, water, food, in everything and on everything that surrounds us and with which we come into contact. These can be oxides and salts of heavy metals, radionuclides, nitrates and nitrites, pesticides, various chemical stimulants that are added to livestock food, antibiotics, sleeping pills, ointments, aerosols, etc. Once in our body, many of them last for a long time, if not forever, remain in it. At the same time, some undergo some changes, while others remain in their original form.
Thus, to summarize the above, I believe that the concept of “body waste” has a right to life and can be interpreted as substances of exogenous and endogenous origin harmful to the body, which, as a result of functional disorders of the body’s excretory system, are not removed from the body, but are deposited and accumulate in its tissues, organs and systems, becoming a serious obstacle to the normal functioning of both a single “slagged” area and the entire organism as a whole. Toxins and excretory system of the human body
The process of slagging, i.e. the deposition and accumulation of waste, occurs along the entire path of passage of nutrients - from the oral cavity, where food is crushed, to the organs for excreting the final products of metabolism.
As nutrients move, the first stage of elimination occurs in the large intestine. This is followed by blood, lymph, blood vessels, liver, interstitial (tissue) fluid, joints, connective and adipose tissue.
In the course of excretion of metabolic products, these are tissue fluid, blood, lymph, lymph nodes, kidneys, bladder, liver, large intestine, lungs and skin.
Elimination also occurs in the lungs, maxillary sinuses, and in the oral cavity (on the teeth). There are known cases of stones forming in the salivary glands and pancreas. Excess mucus in the small intestine and stomach is quite common. Exfoliation can occur on the skin and nails. But still, in terms of total volume, the largest amount of waste is found in the large intestine, kidneys and liver.
The accumulation of fecal debris in the large intestine occurs throughout our lives, and their weight in some cases exceeds 12-15 kg. The mass of kidney stones sometimes reaches 1.5-2.0 kg. Stones located in the gall bladder and liver sometimes number from several tens to several thousand. Of course, this cannot but cause concern for us, the custodians of these nuggets, if only because the kidneys, liver, and large intestine (as part of the digestive tract) are part of the body’s excretory system. And in this regard, it is necessary to especially emphasize that the processes of excretion in physiology are considered as one of the main signs of life.
According to the definition taken from the two-volume book "Fundamentals of Human Physiology", edited by Academician B.I. Tkachenko, excretion is a part of metabolism carried out by removing from the body the final and intermediate products of metabolism, foreign and unnecessary substances to ensure the optimal composition of the internal environment and normal life activities.
Specific activity to remove harmful substances from the internal environment of the body is carried out by the kidneys, digestive tract, liver, lungs, skin and mucous membranes. Considering that the excretory processes they carry out are functionally interconnected, these organs are united by the common concept of “excretory system of the body.” There is a coordinated regulatory relationship between them, as a result of which a shift in the functional state of one of the organs entails a change in the activity of some other excretory organ within the body’s unified excretory system. For example, with kidney disease, accompanied by a decrease in the excretion of nitrogenous compounds in the urine, their excretion through the gastrointestinal tract, lungs and skin increases. When excess fluid is excreted through the skin due to sweating at high temperatures or active physical activity, the volume of urine excreted is significantly reduced;
kidneys. In turn, with a decrease in the excretory function of the skin, which is provided mainly by the activity of the sweat and, to a lesser extent, the sebaceous; glands, the load on the kidneys and liver increases.
It can be said without exaggeration that in human life the excretory organs play a vital role. Even minor deviations in their work from the norm entail disturbances of homeostasis, that is, everything that is defined in physiology as the relative dynamic constancy of the internal environment of the human body (blood). , lymph, tissue fluid) and the stability of its basic physiological functions (blood circulation, respiration, thermoregulation, etc.). Whereas serious disturbances in the functioning of the excretory organs inevitably lead to metabolic disorders and disturbances in the basic vital functions of the body, even to its death.

Excretion in the large intestine

Why does much more toxins form and accumulate in the large intestine than in any other part of the digestive tract?
I believe that the solution to this phenomenon is not so difficult and lies in the following. If we discard many subjective factors, such as poor nutrition, injuries, infectious and internal diseases, complications after intracavitary surgical
operations and many other things, then objective (predetermined by our very existence) reasons come to the fore, explained by the physiological and anatomical characteristics of our body and, in particular, the characteristics of the digestive tract
(Fig. 1).
We know that the movement of food masses in the upper gastrointestinal tract occurs relatively quickly. Every 3-4 hours due to wavy

Rice. 1. Digestive organs

Contractions (peristalsis) of the stomach walls completely evacuate food from it. In this case, the secretory glands located in the mucous membrane lining the inner surface of the stomach produce large amounts of gastric juice, which periodically flushes the contents of the stomach into the small intestine. All this creates good conditions for self-cleaning and does not allow food debris to settle on the inner surface of the stomach and clog it.
In the small intestine, thanks to the dense network of secreting glands of its mucous membrane, intensive irrigation of the food gruel with intestinal juice, as well as bile and pancreatic secretion, continues. Food gruel actively moves due to peristaltic contraction of the smooth muscles of the small intestine.
The rapid movement of the contents of the small intestine prevents the formation of “scale” on the walls of the small intestine.
But in the large intestine, peristaltic activity is sharply reduced, the speed of movement of the masses filling it drops many times, and besides, the amount of juice secreted by the large intestine is several orders of magnitude less than in the small intestine. The colon forms many deep folds and several sharp turns, and even has a section where the contents of the colon are forced to move vertically upward. In this case, the contents of the large intestine are actively dehydrated.
It is also necessary to note one more purely physiological factor, which, it seems to me, significantly impairs the cleansing of the large intestine, especially its lower section. Almost all the water we drink is not absorbed either in the stomach or in the small intestine, and, passing through the upper parts of the gastrointestinal tract, it seems to wash away all the “dirt” on its way and carries it to the large intestine, where in its upper parts and the main process of absorption of water into the internal environment of the body occurs. The water is absorbed, but the “dirt” remains, filtering out on the inner surface of the walls of the large intestine.
Thus, poor nutrition, a sedentary lifestyle and many other subjective factors significantly increase the process of slagging of the large intestine. In women, this is compounded by the physiological consequences of menstruation and pregnancy, which worsen the functioning of the large intestine.
