Listening to the gong, you can merge with infinity, you will be filled with a feeling of humility. The circulation of blood and prana allows one to experience divinity, you will voluntarily float in the rhythm of the universe.

The Sahasrara chakra, also known as the crown chakra, is located at the top of the head. Translated from Sanskrit, its name is “thousand-leaf lotus flower.” This is the center of human excellence, the highest peak spiritual development.

Its purple color symbolizes the ability to receive knowledge and learn. It provides limitless possibilities for feelings of connection with the information field of the entire earth, the noosphere and other people. The developed violet chakra allows you to fully use your intellectual, spiritual and emotional abilities, exalts a person to a symbolically new spiritual level, opens him to new knowledge and opportunities.

The purest of all, the Sahasrara chakra, where the center of human reunification with the Universe and energy flows is located, helps to perceive life as a collection of spiritual experiences.

It can never be completely closed, since by its very existence it symbolizes the life of a person and his ability to exist in our world. However, if you want to use its limitless possibilities to the fullest, to achieve harmony between yourself and the universe, you need careful and consistent tuning of the head chakra.

The complete opening of the Sahasrara gives an amazing feeling of the unity of the external and internal worlds and is responsible for the balance of all senses of perception. A person feels inner comfort, stops reacting to negative life factors, perceiving them exclusively as life experience.

In order to open this chakra completely, it is necessary to perform daily special exercises. There are simple and effective techniques breathing, meditation; special mantras. Thus, the mantra “om” will greatly simplify the process of opening your crown chakra.

One of the simplest, yet most effective exercises comes from old technology meditations. You need to sit comfortably in the lotus position, turning your face to the north. If your physical training It’s not enough for this, just sit down with your legs crossed in an oriental manner. Close your eyes, connect your fingers. Clearly imagine how the moon shines with cold light on the left, and the sun warms you on the right.

Mentally fill the entire surrounding space with the energy of the universe and begin to draw it in through the left nostril. Raise the energy until the seventh chakra is filled with it. Then gradually lower down to the tailbone through the lower half of the body. Wrap the energy streams around the spine and lift up. Repeat this on the right side, connecting the energy at the back of the head. Fill left hemisphere cold lunar energy, and the right one - warm, sunny, warming yellow color. Then tie it in a knot. Repeat this exercise at least twenty times daily.

In just a few months, the 7th Sahasrara chakra will work in full force, and superpowers that are closed to most people will become available to you. Do not forget that in order to open the seventh chakra, it is necessary to establish the work of the previous six chakras, each of which is responsible for its own functions.

Regularly calibrate your chakras - they should all be open and tuned. The smooth functioning of your energy points can be achieved through meditation, mantras and a pious lifestyle. Even the ancient Vedic scripture said that the most important things on the path of spiritual development are purity of thoughts and finding internal balance. And still yours inner world is responsible for progress along the spiritual path.

Beneficial effects of the seventh chakra on human life

You will be able to control any energy processes occurring around you: cleanse them, direct them towards yourself or to the side, easily get rid of and protect yourself from energy pollution in the aura. You can easily distinguish thoughts imposed on you from true ones, and open your brain to the limitless information of the universe.

Your life will begin to be not a chain of problems, but an exciting spiritual adventure that will give you life experience and help you move further along the path of self-improvement.

Speaking about the seventh chakra, one cannot fail to mention the raising of kundalini. Kundalini is a latent energy that, when awakened, leads to the full realization of a person's potential. Symbolically, she is depicted as a snake slumbering at the base of Sushumna (near the first chakra).

Upon awakening, kundalini rises up the chakras, and the chakras, like lotuses, open after it. When kundalini passes through the crown chakra, a person experiences enlightenment. I have already described the human energy system in.

Caution: Crown chakra practices require preparation and cannot be performed by beginners. Even for those who have been practicing exercises with the chakras for a long time, it is advisable to open the sahasrara under the guidance of an experienced Teacher. Careless handling of kundalini energy can lead to serious health and mental problems.

Translated from ancient language Sanskrit sahasrara means “thousand-fold.” The color purple is associated with the seventh chakra.

Her image is a lotus with a thousand petals of white or purple color. All petals occupy 20 rows, each with 50 petals.

In the center of the flower is a circle in which mandalas of the sun and moon are depicted. Their combination symbolizes the fusion of Pingala nadi and Ida nadi with Sushumna. This symbol shows us the duality of earthly nature and the need to return to integrity.

In the very center of the circle there is a barely noticeable dot (bindu), which means emptiness. Only those who have followed the path of spiritual development for many years can achieve its perception.

Location of Sahasrara and its meaning

Let's find out where the crown chakra is located. In the photo below you will see that it is located above the crown of the head. It is believed that newborns have a fontanel, which represents this chakra. Therefore, babies have a strong connection with the Cosmos.

A majestic lotus with a thousand petals, before which the light of all other chakras combined fades. Just as no other light on earth can compare with the brightness of the sun, the seventh, crown chakra, Sahasrara, shines just as brightly.

Its petals represent the great variety of spiritual paths that a person can follow after making his choice.

The full moon inside a flower is the crown of the spiritual evolution of the soul clothed in a human body. The chakra color range includes vibrations of all colors. They, merging together, form the indescribable radiance of the pure Light of Universal Love.

A person exists simultaneously in many dimensions - both in the physical body and in other bodies. We are all Divine essences, particles of a single whole, divided and placed in human bodies.

This separation gives us in material existence the erroneous vision of ourselves as separate, separate beings, which is a huge delusion. However, with the opening of the seventh chakra of Sahasrara, the connection with the Divine Source is restored, the “I” goes away and the knowledge of who we really are is revealed.

What is the Sahasrara chakra responsible for? The seventh chakra is responsible for:

  • man's awareness of his Divine Essence and connection with the Universal Mind;
  • fulfilling your purpose in the material world;
  • higher abstract philosophical thinking;
  • the ability to understand and accept Universal Laws, connect to Divine Love and Higher Knowledge;
  • acquisition inner peace and peace of mind;
  • a vision of integrity, awareness of oneself as an integral component of the surrounding world and the entire Universe.

Understanding the Universal Laws turns into full knowledge that we are all parts of one whole. With this understanding comes the greatest peace, tranquility and faith that everything is happening as it should.

The purpose of man, from the point of view of the crown chakra, is to serve for the benefit of humanity, transmitting True Knowledge to people, getting closer to God, cleansing space from evil, the concept and acceptance of Spiritual Laws and maximum adherence to them, creative self-realization.

A person understands that the life he lives in this moment, is only an episode in the development of the Soul.

He fully accepts his path and submits to the Higher Will. Despite the fact that his body lives in the material world, his consciousness is on the Divine level.

It is a great miracle and a great rarity when a person has all seven chakras open. There are very few such people nowadays. These include Messiahs, Great Teachers, Prophets and Initiated Priests.

How does a healthy chakra work?

In relation to sahasrara, there are no such concepts as healthy, sick or blocked - the chakra is beyond duality. It happens:

  • open;
  • closed;
  • or incompletely disclosed.

An open crown chakra helps all other energy centers of the human body to open.

Also, thanks to the opening of Sahasrara, the work of the brain completely changes, which begins to emit new higher vibrations. In other words, the open 7th chakra emits pure Light of Divine Love, which illuminates everything around, helping other people awaken from sleep.

Compassion and unconditional Love appear both for yourself and for others, any negativity and lies are revealed. People with an open seventh chakra have the opportunity to develop in the Higher worlds, comprehending the Truth.

The world around us ceases to be cruel, the boundaries of good and evil merge, and an understanding of everything that happens appears. A person with an open Sahasrara chakra becomes calm, soft, pliable and flexible, which allows him to overcome problems without problems. internal conflicts— change your attitude towards events, people, situations from the point of view of unconditional Love.

The thoughts and words of such a person have enormous power and are easily translated into reality, since they come from pure intention and are not burdened by desires, impatience or fear.

There are cases when the 7th chakra opens suddenly. Light bursts out from the depths of a human being and begins to envelop it from all sides - light, beautiful, incomparable, radiant and warm light God.

Suddenly a feeling of such Love arises, the existence of which I had not even suspected until now. And then absolutely everything becomes clear to the person.

Life no longer seems unfair, and the world begins to shine with all the colors of the rainbow. A feeling of causeless joy and indescribable bliss invades the entire being like a whirlwind and takes it to other dimensions.

This is the enlightenment that more and more people are looking for more people. A person who has felt this state will never be able to forget it. It will radically change the consciousness of this person and his attitude towards life.

Imbalance in the functioning of the crown chakra

As mentioned above, there cannot be an imbalance in the work of the seventh chakra. For most people, the sahasrara is closed, and when the chakra is closed or partially open, a person feels hopelessly lonely and useless to anyone, even in a complete and prosperous family.

He cannot determine his calling in life and does not understand why he came into the earthly world. This gives rise to boredom and thirst for dubious pleasures and new experiences, which are not always satisfied in attractive ways, but satisfaction with life never comes.

As a result, constant depression, isolation, fear of the future, lack of joy and Bad mood. The ability to effectively interact with the outside world is lost.

Such people are unable to understand the Universal Laws; they are overwhelmed by the fear of death. They do not know how to be calm - panic, constant anxiety and fears of not being on time give rise to increased physical activity, which leads to complete mental and physical exhaustion.

Fear of change and novelty forces them to do the wrong thing and live with the wrong people. Such people waste their energy.

Illusions enslave and overshadow the mind and consciousness. Values are determined from the point of view of one’s own “I”; pride and selfishness are completely absorbed. Negative thoughts and emotions do not give rest.

A person with a closed sahasrara is afraid to trust life and his Higher Self. Unbelief, atheism, denial of the existence of Higher Powers, as well as activities directed against one’s Divine essence - obvious signs closed crown chakra.

Reasons for closing the seventh chakra:

  • lack of love in childhood;
  • huge ego, claims and grievances;
  • aggression and cruelty towards other living beings;
  • causing harm to others not only by one’s actions, but also by thoughts and words;
  • lack of love for one's neighbor;
  • negative influence of society;
  • materialism.

All these reasons do not allow you to fully open up. human souls and let Divine Love into you.

Functions of the crown chakra.

This chakra is very difficult to describe. and not only because of its structure and versatility of manifestations. When describing the manifestations of the Sahasrara chakra, one cannot do without such concepts as God, purpose, spiritual life and at least some idea of what is behind these concepts.

In the very general view, we can say that Sahasrara chakra is a flow of pure cosmic energy, which manifests itself in a person as the desire to comprehend God in any accessible form, to merge with God and live under His guidance.

Sahasrara is a huge repository of knowledge. Its formation and development occurs throughout life. Associated with it is a person’s ability to become enlightened. Also through the Sahasrara there is an energetic connection between the lower chakras and the divine levels.

Energies unite in Sahasrara, coming from all lower chakras. Thanks to it, our body is able to communicate with space system. Sahasrara is a comprehensive electromagnetic center that feeds the other chakras with Universal energy. The functions of the chakra include the formation of connections with more subtle levels. Through it, a person comprehends Divine ideas, gains access to the Universal archives of knowledge, and absorbs the love of God.

Sahasrara is a special point where everyone feels comfort. We are not required to think or remake our lives. The main thing for the development of Sahasrara is the recognition of a person as a pure essence. How to understand this? Each of us must realize that life is the manifestation of the spiritual in the physical body. Our physical body was born for a reason. The soul chose him in advance for its current incarnation. And throughout her life she acquaints the body in which she lives with its light and dark sides. So essentially nothing depends on the physical body. It is just a temporary home for the soul.

Meaning of Sahasrara Chakra.

U ordinary person sahasrara practically does not work. Because The resources of his brain are awakened by 6-8%, in extreme cases by 10%.But for someone who has combined muladhara and sahasrara and raised Kundalini to the upper point of the body and the energy zone, the brain resources awaken 100%, and the person reaches the highest stage of spiritual evolution available to him at this level of planetary development. He has enough energy to completely eliminate the illusion and experience the unity of the world with his entire being.Awakening Sahasrarabrings into the aura the quality of enlightenment, purity, a sense of unity, aligns its edges, fills it with higher spiritual forces.

In the Sahasrara there is that which a person is able to understand with the brain. Then the received facts turn into intuition, and then into an understanding of the Universe. By the way, that knowledge that is born in Sahasrara, much higher than those that appear due to the third eye chakra. The fact is that the sixth chakra, as it were, distances a person from the object he is considering, and Sahasrara helps to merge with it. Thanks to Sahasrara, we can perceive the Universe as a unity of all types of energies.

If Sahasrara is harmonious and balanced, all other chakras also tend to open. Why is this happening? The fact is that the open crown chakra helps a person’s consciousness enter a specific state in which he can identify chakra blockages. This process occurs both on an intuitive and rational level. Having understood which chakra is blocked and why, a person can work on it and harmonize it.

A balanced Sahasrara emits a huge flow of energy into the Universe. Where does it come from? This is cosmic energy that a person absorbs. Passing through his subtle bodies, she is saturated with his thoughts and feelings, and then again goes into space. By transferring this energy, The crown chakra helps us realize our desires and achieve our goals.

If the Sahasrara is malfunctioning, it can be revealed through meditation. During this process she acquires Divine knowledge. They are then processed, transferred to lower frequencies and sent to other chakras. They, in turn, transform the information received into thoughts, words and actions.

The work of the opened Sahsrara Chakra.

The crown chakra is the only one in which there are no blocks. It can be weakly opened or completely, underdeveloped or well developed. An open chakra gives a person the opportunity to erase the boundary between the outside world and the inner self. Yes, he understands that formally it exists, but he no longer notices it. In this case, needs, thoughts, and fears disappear. A person allows energy to pass through him freely. He becomes that very pure essence. He, like a sponge, absorbs everything that happens in the Universe. By working on opening the chakra, a person comes to a feeling of harmony.

The owner of the revealed Sahasrara understands that the questions he has should not lead to conflict. He calmly formulates them, knowing that he will receive answers from the Universe. They will come to him through the soul, which is a part of the universe. A person loses the need to do something. He just wants to be, to allow Divine energy to flow through him. He is no longer confused by his own thoughts and feelings. He completely accepts himself as a person: without self-criticism, with due love. An open chakra helps him accept not only himself, but also the Universe, teaches us to see special signs in everything that happens and understand them. Fear, frustration, anger - all these emotions turn into additional tools that help a person engage in self-development. He knows how to analyze them, manage them, and understands the reasons for the appearance of emotions.

A person with a developed crown chakra does not look for excuses, attributing everything to the world around him. No one ever hears such statements from him: “this person annoys me” or “he hurt me severe pain" After all, he understands perfectly well that everything in this world is one. If someone did wrong to him, then the reason is in himself. He remembers that every person is a reflection of what is happening in him. Therefore, he analyzes the reasons for people’s actions and words through the prism of his inner world. Thanks to this, his spiritual development does not stop. Life turns into a very... exciting game. He comes to the realization that everything that happens to him depends only on his choice. It is he who chooses what his life, physical body, soul will be like. An open chakra leads to the realization that that matter does not live on its own. This is a projection of Divine energy. For such a person, it is not the body that is important, but the soul. As a result, harmony comes in a person's life. Every day he lives brings him pleasure.

Closed crown chakra.

If Sahasrara is not developed enough, then the person begins to sharply deny that there is a Higher Mind that controls our destiny, completely denies everything paranormal, and is predisposed to depression, numerous phobias, schizophrenia, and various mental disorders.

Incorrect operation of the energy center It can also manifest itself as a constant feeling of self-pity, the presence of endless negative thoughts. Such people often see the world in dark colors, refuse to communicate with other people, interact with society, and live in their own fictional, unreal world. On the physical plane, such a disorder is expressed in frequent headaches, high blood pressure, strong sensitivity and tearfulness. It is not uncommon for people with a completely blocked crown chakra to develop Parkinson's disease.
Sahasrara is never completely blocked. Its functions depend on the degree of openness. If the Sahasrara is slightly open, a person has the feeling that he is living on his own. He thinks that his life is in no way connected with the Universe. This leads to the emergence of obsessive fears. Other chakras begin to become blocked, preventing energy from flowing into the body.

The owner of a weakly revealed Sahasrara does not understand his purpose. He becomes at odds with his inner self. There are many more questions in his life than answers received. An imbalance in other chakras leads to imbalance, depression, and dissatisfaction with life.

A person's life ceases to be enjoyable. He treats her negatively. It is difficult for him to establish communication with people and contact the animal world. He can't solve problems. Even small difficulties unsettle him. Man does not understand the meaning of life on earth. As a result, he begins to be haunted by the fear of death. After all, he is sure that after the death of the physical body there is no continuation of life. All this leads to self-doubt and loss of trust in the Universe.

Holder of the unopened crown chakra trying with all his might to get rid of responsibility for everything that happens around him. He tries to shift this responsibility onto the Universe, turning into a fatalist who believes in fate and fate. He doesn’t want to hear that everything depends only on his own choice. Afraid of not having time to finish important (in his opinion) things, he develops vigorous activity, depleting his physical and spiritual strength. He is constantly tormented by the feeling that he is a toy in the hands of some forces, that nothing in this life depends on his actions. As a result, the potential inherent in nature is not realized, and spiritual development is reduced to zero.

The connection of Sahsrara with subtle bodies.

The karmic subtle body is directly related to Sahasrara. It contains information about the previous incarnations of the soul and what awaits it in this life. If you connect to the karmic body and try to “read” it, you can learn about your purpose, build models of soul development, and feel your inner peace. The karmic body is a kind of diary in which the past is indicated and the future of the soul is predicted. Once you understand it, you can answer many questions. So, establishing a connection with the karmic body leads to awareness of incarnation. A person begins to understand why his soul came to earth right now, how he should live in order to improve and develop his soul. He learns to see the soul as a whole, to merge with it. The collective memory of humanity also manifests itself in the karmic body. Rare people with supernatural abilities gain access to it. Only they know what awaits humanity and the Universe in the future.

Sahasrara- this is the place where two opposing energies unite: material (Shakti) and divine (Shiva). In other words, this is the place where consciousness sleeps and where the awakened Kundalini strives. Before connecting, both energies undergo a process of cleansing and transformation. At the moment of connection of two opposites, an energy explosion occurs, which gives enlightenment.

Opening the upper chakra is like waking up from sleep: comes the realization that the material Universe is an illusion. From this moment on, the laws of cause and effect, called karma, no longer rule over a person. He receives liberation during his lifetime, those around him begin to feel this and treat such a person as a sage.

By connecting with the divine channel, a person realizes his uniqueness and special purpose. On the other hand, all attachments to the Self disappear, and the egoism inherent in ordinary people dissolves in the cosmic flow, bringing a feeling of bliss. At such a moment, relief comes because you no longer need to play any roles and associate yourself with someone. Depersonalization and boundless happiness are what only the activated Sahasrara chakra gives.

ABOUT Yoga and meditation help to open the divine channel. Physical exercise They use many subtle channels in the human body, directing energy to the central channel - Sushumna, along which the chakras are located. With the help of meditation, thoughts come to a state of peace, helping not only to relax, but also to discover supernatural abilities: intuition, clairvoyance, clairaudience, the gift of healing and much more.

In addition to asanas and meditation, which prepare the body for powerful energy flows, the OM mantra helps to get closer to the Universe.

It is considered the oldest, most comprehensive and most powerful practice of pronunciation of sounds. The sages say that it was from her that the creation of our material Universe began. When opening the chakra, fine tuning of the mind is important, so it is recommended to sing mantras, meditate and do asanas in solitude.

The seventh chakra, Sahasrara, is depicted as a lotus with a thousand petals, in reality with an infinite number of petals, which means an infinite number of paths to spiritual quest. Inside the lotus is depicted full moon- the pinnacle of the spiritual evolution of the Soul in the bodily shell, which means that the Earthly channel (Kundalini) has completed its opening, passing through all six chakras, entering the seventh.

Sahasrara chakra located on the top of the head. She is called the thousand-petalled lotus, the brahmarandhra (the door to Brahma) and the Source of Light (because she emits a supernatural light as bright as the sun).

No other light can compare with the brightness of the sun. In the same way, the brilliance of all other chakras fades before the incomparable brilliance of the Sahasrara chakra. Sahasrara does not correspond to any specific color or quality. Her light contains the vibrations of all colors, merging into an incomparable sparkle of pure light. It combines the energy of all nadis in one stream. , how the waters of a thousand rivers meet in the sea.

It’s not for nothing that the seventh chakra is called a lotus with a thousand petals, where their number opens up options for a person’s life, from which a person can choose one or more paths in his creative creation. As wisdom says: “Everything that is first thought through the mind and then done with the hands is called creativity.”

Man lives simultaneously in the space of the planet - in nature, and also in the space of the Cosmos - in virtual reality. The physical body of a person (its natural essence) is organs, tissues, systems. Having an information body, a person is a cosmic entity: these are thoughts, knowledge, memory, personal experience, experience of civilization, etc.

It turns out that a person lives simultaneously in the field of Nature and in the field of information, which is an independent point of the Creator’s Universe, because the law of creation is observed here - the triangle: man, Nature, Space (information field). By the way, Nature also lives in the field of the planet and in the field of Cosmic information, constantly being reborn, it is endless as long as its bearer is alive - solar system. There is also a triangle here: Nature, Planet, Space (). So ad infinitum. In a word, the most durable system of life – the triangle – is found everywhere. And this is already an independent value in life.

But will man become an independent point in space or will he remain an integral cell of Nature? All this depends on how much his seventh chakra opens.

It’s not for nothing that in the East the seventh chakra is called Sahasrara. In ancient transcription it reads like this: Sa - sun, ha - breath, s - connection with something, ra - divine (creative) nature. Two “ra” indicate that another creation is being created in creation.

It is sahasrara that is the zone where Shiva (the highest male principle) resides. Energy rushes here, to this center, rising up the Sushumna channel. When it connects with the parietal center, a person experiences a state of insight. Anyone who is lucky enough to achieve the rise of Kundalini, according to the sacred texts of India, feels that a flash of light occurs in his head, similar to the “brilliance of millions of lightning bolts.” A person experiences a state of unity and completeness of being, which is called in Sanskrit Sat-Chit-Ananda (Absolute being, Absolute knowledge, Absolute bliss). Experiencing this state, a person comprehends with his whole being a simple truth - everything is one.

Sahasrara practically does not work for an ordinary person. Therefore, the resources of his brain are awakened by 6-8%, in extreme cases by 10%. But for someone who has combined muladhara and sahasrara and raised Kundalini to the upper point of the body and the energy zone, the brain resources awaken 100%, and the person reaches the highest stage of spiritual evolution available to him at this level of planetary development. He has enough energy to completely eliminate the illusion and experience the unity of the world with his entire being. The awakening of sahasrara introduces the quality of enlightenment, purity, and a sense of unity into the aura, aligns its edges, and fills it with higher spiritual forces.

Primary element of Sahasrara chakra - A di – tattva . It is the source of creation, pure light and the only reality - God. This tattva is considered A dianadi . Adi means "without beginning", anadi - “without end.” When this tattva combines with a certain quality (guna) , it becomes bound and thereby limited - a comparison can be made with water, which has no taste in itself, but when some other substance is added to it, it changes and acquires the taste of that substance. In the Cosmos there are various manifestations of this one tattva with different qualities and functions - such as fire, water, air and earth - but the basis is always the same: pure essence.

Awakening the Sahasrara chakra means the opening of the Divine Radiance and the acquisition of the Supreme Consciousness. This is the habitat of Lord Shiva, whom we have already met in three forms in other chakras.

Adi – Shiva - is the eternal creator of the Cosmos . He is the personification of ananda (bliss), purusha (pure consciousness) and moksha (liberation). He is the manifestation of the perfect, the eternal and the divine, His radiance is like the radiance of a million suns. There is no karma that could touch Him; any impurities melt and burn near Him. From Him come only purity, clarity, light, love and truth.

In every individual (jivatma) between the Self (atma) and the Supreme Self there is an inextricable connection, which manifests itself in the form of Adi - Shiva in the sahasrara chakra.

Throughout our lives, our “I” strives to reunite with its source, the Higher “I,” consciously or unconsciously. Or, in other words, our constant desire for happiness and finding our place in life is, at a deep level, nothing more than a fusion, which, using the symbolism of the chakras, can be expressed as the union of Shiva and Shakti.

Shakti is located in the Muladhara chakra, and Shiva is located in the Sahasrara chakra. There is an irresistible attraction between them, and we feel their distance from each other as a dark zone of ignorance and lack of clarity. The deep ditch separating Shiva and Shakti (or consciousness and nature) is “non-knowledge”, and as a consequence of this “non-knowledge” we are haunted all our lives by emotions full of suffering, such as loneliness, melancholy, bitterness, fear, doubts, etc. The bridge across this gap of ignorance is cluttered with many obstacles made up of the stones of our karma and the qualities that limit us.

When we are unable to see or experience anything in meditation, it is because the limitations of our “I” erect a barrier to our vision. Although our atma is directly related to God and is essentially God, we are still not aware of it. Only by turning to our inner “I” do we find satisfaction and peace.

The greatest happiness that can only be given to us as a reward for the good deeds of past lives is a meeting with a spiritual Teacher. Teachers pass on to us the knowledge of techniques with which we can clear our “inner field” of weeds and open our consciousness to the Divine Light. They accompany us at all levels of our development, wherever fate takes us. Thanks to their protection, no matter what happens, nothing can harm our soul.

The greatest misfortune is to die without achieving God Realization. Filled with pain, the jivatma (our “I”) comes to the understanding that it has missed its chance in this human life and must again go through the cycle of death and birth.

After death, we inevitably move to the astral level corresponding to ours. In the astral world we are fully aware of all events, but are not able to take any action. We see our whole life passing in front of us, as if on a screen. We realize the mistakes made in earthly life, and also joyfully experience the grace of divine light and divine love as a result of our spiritual development and good deeds. But we are already deprived of the opportunity to intervene or change anything in the future. The direction and final goal of our journey are entirely determined by the direction of our karma.

Here in the astral world, the jivatma follows one of three possible threads of fate: two of them lead to a new birth in the world of Maya, and the third to Realization and union with the Supreme Self. In the Bhagavad Gita (8:24-25), Krishna explains under what circumstances the soul enters one of these paths.

Anyone who still has karma, good or bad, will again receive a mortal body. Whoever in earthly life greatly burdened himself with bad deeds, did not do good, did not show concern for others, will be born at the level of animal consciousness. And it is quite legitimate to describe it as “hell”. In the animal form of life, the capacity for self-expression and development of the soul is greatly limited. She does not have free will, intelligence, speech, or the ability to think. In such an existence only a very slight and slow development of consciousness is possible; Within a predetermined time, you need to cleanse yourself of all types of karma.

The one who has good karma predominates has the right to be reborn into human body with the possibility of release. Depending on the ratio of bad and good karma, such people will either happy life, or an existence full of torment and suffering. The most beautiful fruit of many lives that have been filled with good and valiant deeds is a happy life with many opportunities for development, in a spiritual and peaceful environment.

A person who finally achieves liberation thanks to accumulated knowledge and selfless actions , with the help of a spiritual guide and God's grace, is not born again - unless he voluntarily decides to return to Earth as a minister or teacher.

These are the paths that the soul chooses after death on Earth. Typically, the soul, along with the astral and causal (causal) bodies, leaves the physical body through one of the “nine doors” - the mouth, eyes, ears, nostrils, anus or genitals. Sometimes you can clearly see through which door the soul leaves. If a dying person is passing feces or urine, this is an indication that the soul is wandering in a lower level of consciousness. These souls especially need our prayers so that they can find their way to higher consciousness when they finally incarnate again after a long period of waiting. Many dying people open their mouth or eyes; For others, a drop of blood appears from the nose or ears. These souls travel on the astral level, which corresponds to their karma.

The atma of yogis and masters who have achieved liberation leaves through the “tenth door” - the sahasrara chakra. (Sometimes this can be seen by a drop of blood or a ray of light on the top of the head.) Realized souls go to the highest level of the Cosmos.

CONCENTRATION RESULTS

It is an energy center where all opposites merge. It abolishes all sounds and all colors and contains within itself all cognitive and volitional abilities, static and dynamic energies of the remaining centers. In sahasrara there is a break in all levels, and a person goes beyond the temporary illusory world. Sometimes in religious paintings, sahasrara is depicted as a halo, deities and saints. When achieving samadhi, a person does not lose consciousness, as happens in a dream, fainting or intoxication; only material consciousness disappears, that is, identification with the gross and subtle bodies. He acquires a unifying, rather than divisive, vision of the world. He perceives everything as an infinite variety of divine phenomena and resides in a single self-luminous substance. A person who has achieved a superconscious state communicates with each individuality as with a radiant stream of being-consciousness, beginning beyond time and extending into eternity. He is filled with divine love and divine compassion for all beings. In the superconscious state, all oppositions disappear - matter - spirit, transcendental - immanent, finite - infinite, past - present, personal - impersonal. Nothing excludes this condition. There is everything in the Absolute, and everything in it is Absolute. This is the discovery of the infinite Absolute in every object and eternity in every moment. This is the highest fullness of life, bliss and pleasure in the unity of individuals. Sahasrara rotates above the head. Its petals emit a glowing violet light, the most spiritual of all the colors in the spectrum. The state of this chakra shows the degree of conscious development of a person. The coronary chakra remains dormant until all other chakras are cleared. When the entire chakra system of a person is balanced and all energy centers are activated, this brings higher enlightenment and cosmic consciousness. Sahasrara affects the functioning of the nervous system. It controls the pineal gland, nerve pathways and synapses of the body; associated with the functioning of the medulla oblongata. Sahasrara is associated with the level of superconsciousness, which works with spirituality and higher powers Universe.

At the moment when the kundalini energy reaches sahasrara, the highest level of Divine Consciousness is revealed. At the same time, all duality and subjectivity disappears; a person feels a complete and unlimited connection with God; matter returns to Spirit.

If this chakra is the leading one, a person becomes a container of wisdom and compassion, as he begins to feel the reasons for human needs and understand the essence of the intentions that drive human actions. He always knows who wants what and why. Such understanding frees one from unnecessary tension and concern and makes one wise and powerful.

In Sahasrara, Shiva meets Shakti. They merge in cosmic unity, from their fusion divine nectar (amrita) pours out, which spiritualizes and transforms the entire body.

Consequences of an overly closed seventh chakra

The opening and harmonization of the chakras described so far can give fullness of knowledge, experience and abilities. However, without opening the crown chakra, you will still feel separated from the fullness of being and not completely free from fear. This fear maintains the remaining blockages in the chakras, due to which they cannot develop the richness of their capabilities. Individual energies do not vibrate in complete harmony with the Creator's intent, resulting in a lack of harmony between them. Imbalances can cause depression, alienation, confusion, boredom, apathy, and an inability to learn and understand.

The path to the development of the higher chakra

In the process of a person’s spiritual development (meditation, prayer, yoga, etc.), his seventh chakra is increasingly revealed and improved. At the same time, self-esteem develops, an internal state of peace and well-being opens, and the path leading to happiness opens.

The path to the development of the higher chakra is indicated by the violet flame. Purple is the color of meditation and devotion. While on the awakening of the lower six energy centers we can influence ourselves; in the case of the seventh chakra, we can only open up, becoming a “vessel”.

Interesting, in this regard, is the fact that the crown of an infant is open during the first 9-24 months of his life. Children live in the initial period of their life on Earth, in the consciousness of indivisible unity.

How to learn to use at least partially the huge potential of the Divine energy of abundance? The answer is quite simple. Constantly identify yourself with your best, Divine, part. It is in each of you from birth. Constantly dedicate your plans and deeds, your impulses and wishes to the Creator. Believe the Creator infinitely and love him infinitely. And the time will come when your Divine part will begin to expand more and more. A powerful one will come to you Divine Energy health, knowledge and abundance. Such a person, with just his presence, harmonizes space, puts all people in their places.

In the uniqueness of each person, in his deep individuality and uniqueness, there is enormous energy potential.

By nature, people are unusually wise and know a lot. However, these same people often complain about the vicissitudes of their fate, constantly ask and ask others about something, wait for advice, fuss about every occasion, doubt themselves, etc. Remember that every person is initially endowed by nature with the gift of search and applying the endless knowledge of the Universe in your life. With this in mind, be wiser and behave with dignity. Don't forget that you are a Divine creation.

Do not try to force other people to fulfill your desires. Do not destroy or litter the world around you with abusive words and base deeds.

If you have to wait, be patient, wait wisely, and then the decision will come to you as if by chance, taking on a wide variety of forms. When meeting people, strive to perceive the best from them, learn wisdom from them. And when parting with people in whom you made a mistake, really part, without looking back at your past, confidently move forward in your own way.

Remember what they say in Russian folk tales: “Go forward without looking back, otherwise you will die or remain forever in your old place.” Listen to folk wisdom. Don't rush around in search of the truth. Don’t rush through life headlong, don’t chase immediate success. Walk through life calmly and purposefully. And also live creatively. Live here and now. Rejoice and enjoy every moment of your life. This is your spirituality, your wisdom, the whole meaning of your existence.

And tracking your own thoughts and feelings is a very difficult task. There are many old habits to break and a lot to overcome. Unfortunately, we continue to do rash actions, utter rash words and generate unnecessary thoughts. But for all the mistakes that we make through thoughtlessness, we can ask for forgiveness and pray:

Lord, guide us from ignorance to wisdom, from darkness to the light of knowledge. May Your Divine Light illuminate my heart and my consciousness forever.

Let the river of love flow within you and hold the candle of wisdom tightly in your hand. Be a light to everyone you meet and help them along their journey. This is how you will move forward in your spiritual development!

Cleansing and revitalization

Boundless distance, closeness to the sky and distance from the events of your personal life that you can experience on a lonely peak high mountain, are best suited to help open the seventh chakra.

Sound therapy

Music for the parietal chakra is silence. In the silence of the body our being is in highest degree receptive and ready to receive the Divine sound that resounds throughout Creation and represents the power of love and harmony in all manifested forms. Any music that guides and prepares you for silence corresponds to the crown chakra.

Vowel . The parietal chakra is opened by the sound “m”, which is considered a vowel in India. It is pronounced on the note C. This sound seems to be omnipresent, without boundaries and without structure. It represents the indivisible unity, the pure, unformed and unlimited consciousness in which all forms are hidden.

Mantra: OM

Color therapy

Purple and white open and expand the crown chakra. The color violet transforms the mind and soul, opening it to spiritual dimensions, eliminates limitations and can lead you to an experience of cosmic unity.

White color contains the spectrum of all colors. It integrates different levels of life, uniting them into a higher unity and opens the soul to Divine light, knowledge and healing.

Stone therapy

Amethyst. The red fire of activity and the blue light of sensitivity, silence and space are combined in amethyst into a specific new strength. It gives peace, in which fears and disharmony disappear, and brings trust and devotion to the Universe. It guides the spirit towards infinity, supports meditation and inspiration.

Rhinestone. Rock crystal brings integrity to a person, which harmoniously combines the multicolored diversity of life. It brings transparency and light to the mind and soul, supporting spiritual awareness. He helps the soul to unite with the Universal soul. In addition, it destroys blockages and tensions, giving protection and new energy.

Aromatherapy

Incense (incense). It is no coincidence that the oil obtained from this tree is a classic aromatic remedy in religious rituals. Its smell inspires the soul and consciousness, also purifying the atmosphere. It allows you to forget about everyday life, deepens faith and elevates the soul to a level where it can become a vessel of Divine Light.

Lotus. The lotus flower in the East is a symbol of beauty and perfection of the spirit. Rooted in the mud, it rises with its flower high above it. Similarly, a perfect person lives in the world. His real being does not touch the world, but remains united with God. The lotus radiates light and harmony, increasing love, joy and knowledge of the world. All these messages carry the scent of lotus. He leads the sensitive and prepared soul onto the path of its union with God.
