Ingredients:
2 oranges,
50 g sesame seeds,
30 g shrimp.

2 cloves of garlic,

Preparation.

There are different types of birthday salads, but chicken and pineapple salad is one of my favorites. The salad is very easy to prepare. Boil the chicken breast until tender (about 25 minutes) in salted water. While the chicken is cooking, chop the remaining salad ingredients. Cut the pineapple into small cubes, chop the Chinese cabbage and pepper into small pieces. Then you cut the breast in the same way as the pineapple. Prepare the sauce: add curry and black pepper to mayonnaise.

Mix all the prepared ingredients with the sauce, add corn. Now grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the salad. You can also cut the cheese into cubes, like pineapples and chicken. You can take pepper different colors(yellow, green, red), it will be even more beautiful. Or skip the pepper altogether if you don't like it. Finely chop the salad onion and place on top of the fish. For juiciness, you can add a little canned oil. Lubricate the onion with mayonnaise. If you don’t have salad onions, take regular onions, just pour boiling water over them to remove the bitterness.

The fourth layer is the second half of the potatoes (remember that three vegetables are finely grated). On top is mayonnaise. Fifth layer - carrots, mayonnaise. The sixth layer is egg whites, finely chopped, mayonnaise. Sprinkle salad on top egg yolks, decorate with greenery.

Now let the finished salad stand in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours, soak, and then serve.

There are a huge number of recipes for making Caesar salad. I will now write the simplest option, the most economical, but at the same time delicious.

Ingredients:


  • chicken fillet - 300 gr.
  • green salad - bunch
  • fresh tomato - 1 pc. large
  • Parmesan cheese - 150 gr.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • white French bread (stale) - 6 slices
  • Caesar dressing - to taste (buy ready-made in the store)
  • butter for frying

Preparation.

First you need to wash the lettuce leaves well and dry them. Then tear into pieces and put in the refrigerator to cool.

At this time, prepare the chicken breast in the following way. Melt one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, add one clove of garlic, cut into slices. Fry the garlic until the oil becomes fragrant. While the garlic is frying, cut the breast into medium pieces (larger is better than smaller). Place the chopped chicken in a frying pan and fry until golden brown over intense heat.
