The pita bread removed from the pan can be rolled or cut into pieces.

Stuffed lavash with vegetables

Buy 3 pita breads, 200 g regular cabbage, 1 onion, a couple of tomatoes, some Korean carrots, ketchup and mayonnaise to your taste.

Finely chop the cabbage, season with pepper and salt and fry a little. Cut the tomatoes into slices, and the onions as finely as possible. Grease the laid out pita bread with ketchup, add tomatoes, cabbage and all other ingredients. Lubricate with mayonnaise and wrap it in a roll. Place the resulting rolls on a baking sheet coated with oil and place in the oven for 10 minutes.

Stuffed lavash with chicken and cucumber

For 1 piece of lavash you will need 3 pickled cucumbers, 300 grams fried or 1 bell pepper, 2 onions and tomatoes, mayonnaise.

We chop the meat finely and grate the cucumbers coarsely. Chop the pepper and onion as finely as possible. Also cut the tomatoes smaller and into cubes. Place this filling on the pita bread, wrap it in a roll and let it soak for half an hour. Decorate with greens on top.

Stuffed pita bread with tuna

For 2 pita breads you will need 1 can of tuna, a couple of pickled cucumbers, 100 gr. sausage cheese, a couple of eggs, mayonnaise and herbs.

The eggs must be hard-boiled and chopped. Grate the cheese, chop the cucumbers and herbs as much as possible. Mash the tuna with a fork. Mix all the ingredients, if it seems unsalted, add salt, add a little mayonnaise and spread on 1 pita bread. Place the first pita bread on top and another layer of filling, and only then roll it into a thick roll. Wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Stuffed pita bread with cheese

To prepare, buy 1 large pita bread, 600 grams of Adyghe cheese, 1 pc. bell pepper, a couple of sprigs of parsley, basil and dill and a couple of cloves of garlic. You will also need mayonnaise.

You need to knead the soft one with your hands and add finely chopped greens and Bell pepper. Squeeze the garlic there and mix thoroughly. This filling should be placed on pita bread, rolled into a roll and allowed to brew in the refrigerator. When serving, cut the roll into rings.

Lavash with fruit filling

Lavash can also be used as a dessert, for example, if you fill it with fruit. To prepare, take the following set of fruits: blueberries, melon, raspberries, pitted cherries, strawberries (in fact, you can take any fruits and berries you like). For the sauce: 1 yolk, half a liter of milk, a spoonful of flour and sugar and a little vanillin.

Wash all fruits and cut into small slices. The proportions may vary depending on what fruit you like best. Grind the sugar with the yolk, pour in 0.5 cup. milk. Cooking method:

  1. Wash the apples, peel them, remove the core with seeds, and then cut into small cubes. Sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and simmer the apples in it for a few minutes. When they soften, sprinkle with cinnamon, simple and vanilla sugar.
  3. Mix everything and simmer for a couple more minutes.
  4. Place the flatbread on a flat surface and spread the filling over one half of it.
  5. Fold in the sides, then roll up one pita bread - no filling added yet. Repeat the same with the second layer.
  6. Then place the blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Brush them with beaten yolk and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar again.
  7. Bake in the oven for about a quarter of an hour. The optimal temperature for this will be 190 degrees.

The filling according to this recipe is also called royal. This is due to the fact that it contains red fish.
