Severe form of heat stroke: develops suddenly, there may be changes in consciousness from mild to coma, convulsions, hallucinations, fever up to 41-42 degrees. Cases of sudden death are possible. Mortality is 20-30 percent.

First aid:

  • immediately remove the victim from the overheating area
  • put in an open area in the shade
  • let inhale the vapors of ammonia from cotton wool
  • free from outerwear
  • wet your face with cold water, pat your chest with a wet towel
  • put a bubble of cold water on your head
